They tell you the shipping is fast and the customer service is great. Wrong. The jerseys don't show up, they always blame the post office and nothing gets done. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Typical scam website.

Arguably this is the worst website i've ever worked with! I ordered two football jerseys that were to ship within 3/5 days and it took over a month. I reached out via email numerous times and never received a response. One jerseys shipped and was ridiculously small and the second jersey never arrived. I asked for a refund via PayPal and was offered $1.00. And now I'm going.
Back and forth with them. This company is absolutely atrocious and complete scam. Do not purpose anything from them!

Our Oklahoma Sooner jerseys are top notch and Lacey is absolutely the best. She provides above and beyond customer service. I will surely buy from them again.

We ordered 2 custom jerseys, I had a few questions when ordering, customer service was helpful and quick to respond. The custom jersey's were made and shipped within a few days. Notifications were sent through the entire process. We are extremely happy with the jersey's and would definitely order again through Top Design.

Ordered 4 Notre dame jerseys. Never got them and the company blocked my emails. They lie and give fake tracking info

Ordered a jersey for a Christmas present many days ago. Cannot get any help! The company address on the site shows to be in Oregon, in reality the company is in China! No customer service lines. When you email you get an auto populated email response. Today is 12/6 and since 11/25 my order status has said waiting a shipping label in Los Angeles CA. The company processed my payment but I can't get any information about my order except that the USPS created a label for a package they haven't received. Order off a known vendor. This company falsely advertises being is the US and a 30 day guarantee. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Absolutely great products and wonderful service. Just getting together another order in ASAP.

Great match to my son's shirt who plays for Utah Utes.

Chinese knockoffs. Product labels say made in Korea, products ordered are clearly counterfit manufactured in China without offical tags. Orders take a month to arrive, and the sizes are Asian.

Ordered 2 Ohio State football jerseys. One custom and one with Garrett Wilson's name and number. I pestered this company to death because I wanted them for my grandson's birthdays. I knew when I ordered that it was not going to be like ordering from Amazon, but pestered them anyway about getting as soon as possible. They did not make it for the birthdays but not long after and the jerseys were perfect. The quality was good as were both sizes. I would definitely order from this Company again without hesitation. Worth every penny!

This is my second purchase. The quality is equal to the first. I received my order in half the time as the first.

They did a fantastic job on the 3 jerseys I ordered. I will be wearing mine with pride for years to come! They also completed the work much more quickly than I anticipated. Well done! I will definitely be visiting again when I am in the market for custom sports jerseys.

I love the jerseys that I ordered! They came exactly as I expected. I do not have pictures yet as this is a gift that I expect to give in a couple months but I am very excited to my fiancé to open the gift!
