I never had a missing cashback... so far. Getting a virtual prepaid card is great for people with no US bank accounts to get their cashback.
Cashback gives a little (emphasis on "little") compared to rakuten - formerly ebates. Without live customer service, I am no longer interested in their promotions.

This cash back app actually give accurate cash back. Used others in the pass that would find away to deny cash back offers or that didn't honor shopping trips online for whatever reason. Using Top CashBack has been stress free and much simpler.
