Chris was right on top of everything. And we were able to reach him even on a Saturday. This is our third reservation and we will continue to use this site for all of our extended travel needs

Serge is the best at finding great deals on Business Class tickets! You even get to keep the airline miles that you earn for the flights. I highly recommend top business class!

We got off to a great start and then there was a mix up on our scheduled flight. It was finally resolved to our satisfaction - Serge did a great job and came through in the end.

The service was excellent and they considered how much we wanted to pay for tickets. They waited until they came very close to the price and then worked it out. Much good to say about Joseph.
