I read all these people that they're holding their money for year two years you can't get it. You know have my money about $1300 since January 2022 (requesting withdrawal) This is out of control. Something needs to be done every time you call they say they working on it. They're going to send it, your first withdrawal 250 and then you could take the rest out again. I've been asking for this since January 28,2022. Can't we get together and do something.?

$1,000 payout requested in May 2023. I've sent numerous e-mails and receive no reply. I've gotten customer service on the phone 7-8 times, sometimes they pass me to a "supervisor" but it's always the same thing, they're having "issues with their payment processor" and have me in line with the next batch of withdraws.

I have lost money with this website and so have thousands of other patrons to the site. Topbet will happily take your money and WILL NOT pay out when you request it. This is a scam and they are open for the sole purpose of taking your money without any return. I am in the process of filing a class action lawsuit against them. Site is a joke and keeps saying the same BS. Please tell everyone not to waste their time depositing money with this illegal site. It is obviously a scam. Withdrawal filed June 2022 until now I did not get my money. The customer representative train to do run around but if you are trying to deposit or fund your account they will help you but you can not withdraw you money.

They will essentially take deposit after deposit. When it comes time to cash out, it will take months and chances are you'll end up never seeing a dime. That's exactly what happened to me. Stay clear of these thieves.

I submitted a withdraw of my funds in June 2019 and have not received my money. I call them and they refused to answer my questions and don't respond to my emails. Spoke to counsel who stated that after speaking to the U.S. attorney general that they will attempt to subpoena Top Bet. Don't not use this website AT NO COST! It's a complete scam, I promise you and have proof for anyone that wants to see. I will be posting on my twitter, Instagram and Facebook. I also have a reporter from the Times interested in doing a story on how top bet scams people and no communication.

I requested a payout for $250.00 Then a week later they were asking for all my documents like my 3 Major credit cards that was on file my driver's license then i filled out the credit card form, next thing I know they say my account has been deactivated and we no longer help u contact Topbet.Eu security. Topbet is good when u are making deposits, but when you try to make a withdrawal u will see exactly what I'm talking about. Topbet is a legal scammed business.

Why do I have to give it any type of star rating? They deserve nothing! I have a substantial amount of money with Topbet and started my initial withdraw request back in July 2023. As I sit here four months later, obviously still no money and now they have stopped responding all together. Lesson learned the hard way...READ REVIEWS FIRST! All of the reviews are right on point. Topbet still hasn't processed my withdrawal from 2018. Yes. 2018. It's 2022 right now. They will take ur money and never give u a dime. I can show pictures of mg account. Hell, if u want. I will give u my account id and Pswd to see for yourself. It's not like I'm ever gonna see the money anyway. I had 5k to withdrawal. So I gave up after years. I come cash and half is in the account now haha. What a joke this site is. They r so dumb. No idea why they wouldn't be legit. Sportsbook will make $$ regardless. Straight up greed on their part. Made $500 deposit over a year ago because they match it 100%. Like a previous review said, they could say 1000% cause they're never gonna pay you. I turned my $1000 into $3500 and have been trying to collect the bull$#*! initial $250 since October, 2019. Same lame excuses as everybody else is getting. I've already mentally written it off. They are located in the philippines, so who's gonna go there to fight it? They have us right where they want us. i even threatened to show up and collect my money, but the agent told me they don't have a brick and mortar type of operation. What a bunch of crap.

I have been doing business with TOP BET for more than 5 years and in the distant past they were at least "average" for the industry when it came to payouts. It seems that in the last 12-18 months they have chosen to "steal" money from their clients as they do not process payouts at any level. As of 10-7-21 they owe me $120,000 with an additional $2,500.00 payout request that has not been paid. Do yourself a favor and look to another gambling site as this site is a scam and should be shut down for such criminal practices. Clearly the ownership of this site has no integrity and has no intentions of paying out customers who win from time-to-time.

I have tried multiple times to receive a withdrawal and it never happens. They also never answer the phone. They will let you deposit but will never pay out. Avoid this site! Just wait until your state gets sports betting unless you feel like donating money to this company.

Had a withdrawal of $800 back in April 2018. Called a few times over the following 5 months and kept getting the same explanation. We are waiting on the tracking number to send the check out. Then they reversed the withdrawal at some point. I put in for the withdrawal again until I reversed it a little less than 3 years after my original withdrawal request. I've ran the $800 up over $4000 and just put in for another withdrawal. After my withdrawal request they took out over $375 because a promotional bonus I used only allowed me to win a maximum of $100 so they took the excess $375 back. Not expecting to receive any money. About to contact Curacao gaming to see if there's anything they can do about their license.
