Recently, after completing all the required paperwork for a payout of only $442, they just informed me that all my free bets and chips were attached to a 40x rollover, which is a complete lie, especially sine my account show $442 in 'real money' and $0 in 'free money'

I have been doing business with TOP BET for more than 5 years and in the distant past they were at least "average" for the industry when it came to payouts. It seems that in the last 12-18 months they have chosen to "steal" money from their clients as they do not process payouts at any level. As of 10-7-21 they owe me $120,000 with an additional $2,500.00 payout request that has not been paid. Do yourself a favor and look to another gambling site as this site is a scam and should be shut down for such criminal practices. Clearly the ownership of this site has no integrity and has no intentions of paying out customers who win from time-to-time.

Was just informed that my deposit of $400 cannot be given to me since I must play $17K in sportsbook and casino to get any money returned in 250$ increments.

I fell victim the their $100 match bonus scheme. I had to win and bet thousands to get a withdrawal status. My first withdrawal of $1000 was approved on February 20th 3021. Still have yet to receive payment and it's August 31st. They keep telling me that they haven't revamped updates from payments team.

I have tried multiple times to receive a withdrawal and it never happens. They also never answer the phone. They will let you deposit but will never pay out. Avoid this site! Just wait until your state gets sports betting unless you feel like donating money to this company.

I bet a 2 game parlay in the Euro 2020 tournament. Spain to win over Switzerland and England to win over Ukraine. That parlay won, but TopBet did not count the Spain win as a win since it went to a shootout. It was a tie in regulation. So they counted it as a tie. That's a win and that's what I bet and they didn't pay. Get out of TopBet while you can.

Made a withdrawal request in April 2021, as of July 10th still have not received my funds and continue to get the same excuse of Topbet not having an update from their so-called payment department, TopBet is a scam do not use this company!

Had a withdrawal of $800 back in April 2018. Called a few times over the following 5 months and kept getting the same explanation. We are waiting on the tracking number to send the check out. Then they reversed the withdrawal at some point. I put in for the withdrawal again until I reversed it a little less than 3 years after my original withdrawal request. I've ran the $800 up over $4000 and just put in for another withdrawal. After my withdrawal request they took out over $375 because a promotional bonus I used only allowed me to win a maximum of $100 so they took the excess $375 back. Not expecting to receive any money. About to contact Curacao gaming to see if there's anything they can do about their license.

Top Bet gave me a lousy $25.00 casino chip that I lost in the casino. After winning 5k in the sportsbook they would not pay me. They stated that the winnings came from the free $25.00 casino chip and the max you can win is $100.00. This was such BS and could have been easily looked into, but they refused. You ask questions they don't answer, nobody helps you when you call unless your making a deposit. I played on a few sites this one is bad!

They offer good bonus for deposits. Reason why? They will never pay u. They owe me 5,000 for about 16 months now. I know I Will never see a dime, but people should not think it's a legit Sportsbook. I continue to ask them where is my $ and they say they are waiting for the processor. And once it gets past that department my check will be on the way. Haha what a $#*!ing joke Would love to inflict lots of pain on these scammers. Stay away from this piece of $#*! site. This is there response in the picture attached. I been in communication with them since 2018. Not a dime. This is how stupid they are. If they simply paid the 5 grand, I'm sure I would have lost back at least double that.

Bulls... t... They also said they will not allow me to close the account unless I add the credit card dollars

Made $500 deposit over a year ago because they match it 100%. Like a previous review said, they could say 1000% cause they're never gonna pay you. I turned my $1000 into $3500 and have been trying to collect the bull$#*! initial $250 since October, 2019. Same lame excuses as everybody else is getting. I've already mentally written it off. They are located in the philippines, so who's gonna go there to fight it? They have us right where they want us. i even threatened to show up and collect my money, but the agent told me they don't have a brick and mortar type of operation. What a bunch of crap.
