Personally, the entire site is a scam - you can deposit into topbet.eu, but you can never withdrawal, as they then inform you that you have a 40 factor rollover to bet through... this is what i just got today after completing all the paperwork for a measly $442 withdrawal from my account:

Please know that all of the free bets/chips that you've redeemed were attached to a 40x rollover. I highly recommended not to redeem free bets/chips right now so the rollover won't pile up.

Easy by email, but useless. Have not tired to contact by phone.

It is hard to get them on the phone but they do answer emails. However they provide no help in getting paid.
