The customer service is horrible. They give you a discount and in the end, you pay the full amount, I requested a refund for the extra amount, they said that they would refund but I'm waiting for a month now and my assignment got a C.
For another assignment, they charged me $15 saying that was the full amount but in the end, with the assignment ready they said that I had to pay an extra $35 to get access.
THEY ARE A SCAM, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.
