This is my 7th Purchase from Toolsvilla & I have got good customer support all the time. Once I had to return the product and their customer support acted very swiftly!

I am a farmer from Nasik. I regularly buy tools for my Grape plantation. Farm. Nice sarvice!

Good Quality seeder machine. The delivery is a bit delayed!

Don't purchase anything from this company. They are here only for sale and take your money. After that they are worst in customer service and all related issues

Maine 4 feb se order diya huaa hain aaj 10 feb hain abhi tak mera item nahi nikal paye hain jabki maine mail bhi kiya koi jawab nahi aaya customer care me bhi 2 se 3 baar baat kiya apani jarurat batayi to bhi dhayan nahi diya gaya

I am dr shareef from Kerala. I hav ordered one item 5 days ago. I didnot get the product yet. When I checked the track details, i found dat it has not dispatched yet. I called d customer service, they told my product will be dispatched within 48 hrs ( how kind!). Again 5 days after dispatching. I wanted the product by tomorrow for the purpose of gifting the same for a house warming function which is sheduled on this Sunday. Quite disappointing... very bad service

I made the payment online and they did not deliver the product. They said the delivery agent told them that it is because of some natural calamities. This was completely false information.
After almost a month, when I called, they said that it is already returned without even informing me. It never came even though I made the payment.
I will not recommend buying from this website.

इतनी बकवास कम्पनी हैं जिसका कोई जवाब नहीं । यहाँ मैंने अपना माल बेचा जो 2 महिने तक तो कस्टमर तक पहुंचा ही नहीं । कस्टमर से मेरी बात हुई तो वो खुद इतना परेशान हो गया था कि वो मुझे कोसने लग गया । इस टूल विला वाले ना तो मेरा माल मुझे वापस दे रहे हैं और ना ही मुझे मेरे रूपये दे रहे हैं । और जब फोन पर बात करोन तो वो कम्पनी पोलोसी कि बात करते हैं और कहते हैं कि आप ने कम्पनी पोलोसी एक्सेप्त की हैं । इसलिये जब भी आप का माल आप के पास वापिस आयेगा आप को लेना होगा ।

इनकी गलतियो के कारण मुझे नुकसान सहना पड रहा हैं । इस लिये कोई भी व्यापारी भाई इस Toolvilla के साथ काम नहीं करे ।

Great product at first sight I did not think it would turn out so handy. Slinging it up and then being able to pump up the pressure without having to put the sprayer down is a definite advantage. The quality is good and cheaper than others.

Tools villa supplied totally different hand fruit juicer which is not matching with image appearing over net. Supplied "Iqbal Juicer". Color, screw and appearance different. Inside rusted. Totally dissatisfied. They refused to take back. Company people rude over phone. They are cheating customers by giving misleading add over net and deny to take back. Be aware from so called policies and avoid purchase from toolsvilla

I purchased neem cack and oil on 6 th nov paid 4500 rs the next morning i got it at half cost locally.so i cancelled order.i called 5 times emailed 5 times

I ordered an 8 kg washing machine but it is defective. I informed and shared an unboxing video through the mail but they don't pick-up the product yet. I am restless since 5 days.

I ordered a sealing machine from here and has not gotten a reply since mid November for my issue. They are neither calling nor sending a mail, and even on customer care the call has been put on hold.

I bough foot spray pump with online suggested spray pipe 15 mtr extension. The extension pipe connection does not fit to foot pump and support team at toolvilla is saying go buy connection on your own. Why they can't have full transparency online description

Pathetic Fraud company. I received broken non functional electronic item.

We suggest you don't buy goods online from this company, otherwise you will have cry. We have purchase noodle and pasta making machine from this company we had made full payment online in advance, the delivery was showing online 4-5 days but the machine was received after 29 days, without Bill. There is no guarantee that your ordered item will or will not arrive and When? After getting the money these people will neither pick up your phone nor answer your e-mail. You will have to forcefully take the goods as it is because you will not be able to return the goods nor there is any online option for return the goods. They will not even send you Invoice/Bill so that you do not have any proof of purchase.

This Platform is not For Purchasing Online Tools, We have Ordered Lawn cutter, But it was not Useful to us, we Have Emailed in one day, But Tools Villa is denying to Return the Product and Forcing to Exchange Other Lawn Machine which they are Charging Very High Rate from others vendor. I suggest please dont Purchase any Product from Tools Villa. This Paltform Never Offer Return Or Right Replacement. They Only Justify by arranging a call and On call They Forcely say our product is fine. Every Online Platform Offer return Or exchange in 7 days. Tools Villa also offered. But They Have No Committment.

I purchased one pipe but it's not compatible with my machine so I plan to return but toolsvilla dinay to return.

I bought a expresso machine for my cafe.
It came with no hole in nozel so i complained on same day, while checking the machine i got to know that the pressure gauge is also not working properly so i called the same after few days.
They send me the nozel & pressure pump by courier. The courier guy delivered the product to another shop which i got to know after to the shopkeeper called me after a week.
I collected the parts and replaced the same then i got to know that the machine they send to me is faulty, it takes 15 minutes to make pressure of 35 psi & looses its pressure 35 psi to 15 psi within 5-10 minutes without using the machine.

Now they are not replacing the machine not refunding the money.

They are fraud company please don't buy anything from them.
