Received the wrong item. Cheaper in value which seeing other reviews happens with this company. Why Walmart let's them sell on their platform is beyond me.
I recently ordered window boxes from this company through Amazon. On the Amazon description, it was noted that the window boxes were sold 6/case. When I received the shipment, it seems that the window boxes were being sold by the each. So, I returned them all due to the inflated price of being sold by the each. ToolBoxSupply accepted the return, but charged a 10% re-stocking fee. I e-mailed the company and explained that the description of the item on Amazon was misleading as it indicated that the product was sold 6/case versus by each. The company responded that the description was correct and did not adjust my refund. So, I was only refunded 90%. Will never, ever order from this company again.
I ordered a product through Amazon.com. My product status was showing delivered however, no product. Toolboxsupply.com answer was to go around the neighborhood and check with my neighbors. As it turns out it was delivered to the USPS but not my residence. On contacting them the second time, they told me that I need to go to the post office and trace the package. This kind of defeats the whole purpose of being Amazon Prime and using the convenience of online shoppping, which I do very often. Needless to say toolboxsuppy.com has done nothing to remedy the situation, but they do have my money. So, buyer be ware.
Gave me a full refund on an order that was sent by mistake. I requesed cancellation of my order, but it was already shipped. Customer service was great.
The prices are very fair and they always respond to any inquiries or questions on a timely basis. Will definitely do business with this company again.

NOT impressed. I ordered some peg board hangers and only half my order was shipped. I called to inquire and was told the missing pieces were no longer available. A phone call or email or something would have been nice because I would have rather canceled the entire order and received a full refund. When I talked to customer service, they claimed to have not charged me for the hangers that I did not received. I requested a return shipping label to send the entire order back for a full refund but was denied that request. I have no desire to buy different parts from different places and have to pay shipping twice. In the end, I got refunded for my shipping, but I had to work for it. They said that I'll get a refund for the pieces, but I haven't seen that yet, so as of now, I've paid for something I didn't get. Will NEVER order anything from them again. The quality of the hangers do seem good though.
I paid for a toolbox two months ago and still have not received it cannot get no replies cannot get no returns for my phone calls or emails have reported it to the Better Business Bureau.
I purchased a Perky-Pet® 785 Mason Jar Glass Hummingbird Feeder, 32 Oz Capacity, Blue Antique form ToolBoxSupply. It leaked after a period of time 1-2 months. I sent them pictures of the corrosion and bubbling paint and was told that because it was greater than 30 days from my purchase that they would do nothing.
I purchased something from this company as a third party seller on Amazon. The package was shipped via FedEx but never arrived at my address - but was returned to seller. The seller emailed me that the ordered had been cancelled due to being undeliverable/incomplete address. The address was provided by my Amazon account - I get orders delivered nearly everyday to the same address. I called and the customer service rep was very rude and insisted that I entered an incomplete address and to look at the order on my amazon account. The order on amazon had my complete address. He kept telling me it didn't even though I was looking at it on my computer screen. He was not helpful and pretty mean. I complained to amazon. They have requested a refund on my behalf since the seller has already received thecreturned merchandise. Just go to Lowe's.
MOLD ARMOR E-Z Deck, Fence and Patio Wash, 128 oz., 2 Pack@ $15.39 (Walmart website). Had no idea that it comes from a third party (Toolbox supply).
I ordered 5 Two packs for a total of 10 gallons each for a total of $94.38 I received 2 two packs today containing 4 gallons.
I emailed them about the missing items.
Their reply: Due to many sellers selling the same item on Walmart, we do not always have control over the product image/description due to which sometimes listing errors regarding image/details occur unintentionally, and this was one such case. We only sell the item individually and not in 2-Pack, but unfortunately, the actual listing which appears could belong to any of the multiple vendors selling the same product. We have taken steps to correct the listing on Walmart.
If you would like to keep the merchandise with you, as an exception we can go ahead and issue you a full refund on shipping, If not then we will take the item back for a full refund. Please let us know if you agree with this resolution. We again regret any kind of trouble that we may have caused to you; also we do appreciate your patience with us.
So they want to refund me just the shipping of $9.94, but still missing $46 worth of product. But yet the Walmart website is still offering the same deal? Now Toolbox Supply wants me to send my items back for a refund because I complained. Buyer beware!
P.S. This is how dumb their customer service is, I received this email today:
As per the warehouse this item comes in a single not a pack, and warehouse only ship you the 4 quantities out of 5, that means you have received correct quantity. As you do not want a discount on this order, please find attached label to take the item back for a full refund.
If you still want to keep the item, we can issue you a $46.17 or please use the label to ship the item back for a refund.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
How is receiving 4 out of 5 the correct quantity? Looks like a third grader wrote this email.
I purchased a Shark vacuum through sears with Tool Box Supply being the 3rd party seller of Sears, I was having problems with the product after the 3rd use so started a return. I rec. An email from Tool Box Supply stating that my reason for return was a CHANGE OF MIND ONLY, therefore the instructions for the return were to have the product put in all the original plastics and cardboard packaging and have it ready for resale. I was to put insurance on the product when shipping it back to cover the cost of the product. I sent another email to them to correct the reason they had put for my wanting to return. I had let them know that the beater bar starting working intermitantly and work would need to be done, like a refurbished for resale. The following day I rec. Another email fromTool Box Supply now saying they would NOT except my return and the reason that was stated simply was N/A. I only had the vacuum for a few days. I then asked Sears to step in and help me with this, so far I have not been able to get resolution and am still working on getting help. I will do an update review if and when this gets resolved. I would suggest reading reviews on all parties in which you intend to buy from. From now on, I will only purchase products that will come directly from Sears or others like it. No 3rd party.
Be aware that you may not get items as pictured and they expect you to accept them. They want me to pay shipping to return the wrong product to them in order to get a refund.
I ordered through Amazon from this Co. They canceled my order by accident then emailed me for payment saying it was due to arrive the next day. I had to do all the calling to Amazon and my credit card bank to make sure this wasn't fraud. We get the call for delivery and they ask if we can pick up the item. We paid more than $100. For shipping for 2 dog kennel panels. The ship charges were more than the kennel pcs. No way were we going to pick them up in Georgia. Then the driver calls me and says can we meet at QT about 20 mins from my home because his big truck won't get into my neighborhood. My husband was at work and this driver shows up down the road from my house and I 5'3" and 50 yrs old had to carry the fence siding up the road to my house. Ridiculous! I Amazon, who is the best Co ever, gave me $15 in credit that I would have been out because I was missing out on using my Amazon credit card through Amazon since the order had been canceled. Never Again will I order from Toolbox Supply. Very unfortunate!
I bought (20) 50 pound hooks, the hooks have a 50 pound capacity to hang tools in our construction trailer - the construction trailer needed to be outfitted and completed in the next 7 days everything else is completed just waiting for the hooks from Tool Box Supply, so this order was critical to me. I received an email (that I have a copy to prove what I am saying) from toolboxsupply.com telling me the hooks "fell out of the shipping carton and the shipping carton was discarded" I called the company in a panic asking them to re-ship the hooks - the rep I spoke to refused and was rude beyond belief. I asked to speak to the owner - the rep refused. I asked to speak to anyone that could help me, the rep told me it was his decision and to call back in two weeks when the insurance claim was resolved if I wanted to re-order. The next day the hooks from toolboxsupply.com arrived at our office. However, I had already re-ordered the hooks from another vendor, now I have a second order of hooks that will be arriving this week. Toolboxsupply also tied up my money and would not give me a credit. If the company disputes this I will then attach photos for all to see, I do not like emailing attachments to unknown sources. Now I have to deal with my bank, I have to go to the post office and pay money to return the hooks to toolboxsupply. There is no way I am keeping these hooks as I have re-orderd the same hooks from another source, I want my money back.

Answer: Stole my money. I did not order anything. Toolbox Supply said I ordered something. Refuses to cancel order and stop shipment although I requested Friday, and shipment not until Monday. They have all weekend to stop that fake order and won't.
