Is ToolBoxSupply a scam or a legit company?

Stole my money. I did not order anything. Toolbox Supply said I ordered something. Refuses to cancel order and stop shipment although I requested Friday, and shipment not until Monday. They have all weekend to stop that fake order and won't.

I think it is a scam company, most legit and good companies do not use false advertising.
