Bought a pair of IC Berlins. Came in about 2 1/2 weeks. Just as ordered. Perfect size as ordered. All in factory packaging. Responsive when asking for delivery timing and shipping tracking. I'd use again without worry. Pete

Advertised an out of production frame, notified me it was on back order 1-5 days. Informed me they sent a refund. But it never showed up on my card. I lost my money 8-16-2015.

Same experience as another reviewer on this board. Bought some classes; 2nd day delivery. It's been 4 days and they said "Sorry we're out of stock". I told them to refund me immediately.

Simply do NOT!

I made a purchase on March 2015 and paid for an express shipping. After two weeks I was contacted by them saying that they did not have the model in stock and I could either get a discount or select another model. I decided to take the discount. I did not hear from them and wrote an e-mail at the beginning of April. I received the same response: they would let me know as soon as they had them on stock. I waited again a couple of weeks and at the end of April I asked for a refund, to which they agreed. However, they did not refund me. According to them, they tried to refund me but my Bank would not allow it (I know, it makes no sense). I checked with the bank and there was no such action taken by them. I asked for a proof of refund, which of course, I did not get. Then, I was offered the option of a check refund (which I accepted) and again I did not receive any because it would take one month to approve the check inside this company (sure, they are such a huge company). I waited one month, and they did not reply to my e-mails anymore. I started the procedures with the Bank which contacted VISA. After almost two months from my complaint with the bank, I finally received the money back today.

Stay away from them! More people should review this website and give their feedback. By doing so, we will save other people time and money.

Lie about inventory - they have NONE and buy from wholesaler AFTER you pay. Lie about shipping. Never got now having to deal with a company that must be run out of the spare bedroom and have to have the CC fight it for me.

I think Iloveglasses.com; todaysframes.com; and their alias names as a company are a fraud. I ordered glasses before Christmas&checked off overnight delivery. My confirmation came in from 2 different companies&they charged my credit card but billed for regular delivery. I tried calling number on their website but it was a non working number. I e-mailed them and got a response from a different e-mail address, also did not match the e-mail on web. I asked for a call to discuss- I kept getting strange e-mail responses but no call. They were stalling… finally a week later they wrote that the glasses I ordered were scratched and do I want to order another pair or get a refund. I called Am Ex to report them &will see if I get credited a refund. NIGHTMARE! I would stay away!
