Ordered this item before, and free shipping to The Netherlands means high costs of import these goods. Further the item was delivered somewhere else, so i had to pick it up, not knowing it. This time you will deliver at my home adress, and customs costs are yours. Thank you. So, free shipping and delivery to my home adress in NL.

Cheap bridesmaid dress
The dress I ordered was very poor quality and did not look like the pictures on the website at all. All of the edges were frayed and there was a hole too. They also left the original tag from their production company, which I thought was a little lazy for the price I paid. I really did have high hopes, but they were a real let down.

I ordered from this website weeks ago, and after my delivery was running late it was "returned to sender" last second. I was in communication with Tobi's customer service email since May 27th concerned about my order's delivery status before this, and they claimed there were no issues and sent me tracking information. I thought there was an issue, but the customer service email did nothing to correct this issue until I reached out again days later on June 8th. This site has lead me to nothing but unnecessary stress and I am left scrambling and paying for express shipping from other sites now and hoping I might still be able to get a dress in time for my graduation pictures this week. I would recommend Shein, Zaful, Pretty Little Thing, or Amazon before I would go through the stress that Tobi has given me ordering my graduation dress. I contacted Tobi's customer service emails trying to get help but it was a complete waste of time and they made absolutely no effort to help me get my dresses. It was already difficult enough to shop for a graduation dress during store closures due to COVID-19, but Tobi has just made matters worse and I regret trying to give them my business.
I ordered the shirt for a dance video, but it ended up being much boxer than in the image, as well as more cropped. It fits in an odd way, as it is quite square but its literally like a rectangle of fabric.
My experience has been awful and will probably never be buying here again, only now I'll have store credit if it ever comes. It thought 2 weeks for my order to come in which was passed the day I needed the dress for a graduation photoshoot. I rescheduled the shoot and was excited when it finally came in only to discover it was the WRONG DRESS. So now I had the wrong dress no dress for the rescheduled photoshoot and the dress I ordered was now OUT OF STOCK. I am now waiting for my refund which is sadly store credit because I would never order here again.

BEWARE of this company! This is the first and last time I will ever buy from TOBI. I placed one order of clothing for a few items, and the next day I checked my bank statements/email receipts and saw that I was charged twice for the same exact order (so I basically paid for two of everything I originally ordered). I reached out to customer support via email (they have no customer support phone line listed), and instead of receiving help for taking care of the duplicative order, the "billing agent" communicating with me over email said they had no obligation to help me and that I must have just been "impatient" and clicked the "submit" button twice upon checkout, which is why I was charged twice (uh, ok, that's not what happened but even if that were the case, it's unethical for the business to just say "tough luck" here to a customer in this situation).
I've been going back and forth with the "billing agent" on customer support and he/she has been extremely rude and disrespectful. I've requested to speak to a manager/customer service rep via phone multiple times and the "billing agent" will not put me in contact with anyone -- I now have no choice but to take this issue up with my bank and post about their unethical behavior online (not something I want to do, but it's not right what Tobi is doing to their customers). They are quite literally stealing from their customers, charging them twice for one order, and then saying "oh, you must have pressed 'submit' twice so we have no obligation to reverse the duplicative charge." I've literally never experienced such disrespect/lack of care from customer service personnel--it's insane (other reviews on here also describe customer support "arguing" with them over email instead of helping).
If you order from Tobi, don't expect any help/support in case something goes wrong with billing or if you're accidentally charged twice. Instead, expect complete disrespect and refusal to help in any way.

This is another copy cat clothing site that gives you the classic bait & switch - photographs of gorgeous, well made dresses on the website that look nothing like the product you receive. Return policy on the packing slip states 30 days which they refuse to honor, citing the 10 day policy on their website. (Then update your packing slips.) Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered my package on October 6th, the USPS tracking said it would be here on Oct. 15th and it's Oct 18th and my package isn't even in my city according to the tracking number. I didn't even get a notification it shipped until very recently. I also ordered a shirt and they sent me an email a week after I ordered saying they were out of stock and would offer me a refund, never received a refund. I emailed customer service 3 days ago and no one has responded which I think is unprofessional. I will NEVER order from this site again, this is a joke.
Like others said, you return an item and they keep your money. Never ever had an experience like this. I'm going on 4 months and am still waiting on the $100 they owe me for my refund. I'm putting a complaint into the Better Business Bureau. This can't be legal. I would never ever shop here again. There are plenty of other online retailers who actually respect their customers and the transactions between them.
I ordered items in mid January for a late February event. After 5+ emails & instagram messages. All I got was a automated reply they were busy & would ship within 7-10 business days. I had no choice but to request they cancel my order. But nope they didn't listen and sent my stuff anyway. I returned the items because I since bought other items somewhere locally. However it has now been over a month and I still have not received a refund! Took them a month! They are a scam.
Do not buy from! Cloths aren't even close to being true to size, and Tobi clearly doesn't care about customer service or improving the quality of their products at all. I ordered a dress for nearly $100, checked the sizing measurements prior to ordering and when I received it, the dress was at least 2 sizes smaller than a true fit size. I couldn't even zip it up.
Then when you try to make a return (for a legitimate reason that is not your fault as the customer at all) you will be told that your only option is to receive a store credit. Did I mention that it took over 2 weeks and multiple emails later to receive even 1 reply from them? I would have called but they don't list a phone number anywhere. Had I known when I was in the checkout process that a store credit was my only option if the dress didn't work out, I wouldn't have even risked it. The Tobi return policies are BURIED in the website so all in all it seems like Tobi is aware of the sizing issue (especially having read some of the other reviews here) and yet continues to happily accept nearly $100 for one item but isn't willing to make it right for the customer that is giving them that nearly $100. It's online retailers like this that give e-commerce a bad reputation.

Tobi is HORRIBLE. Their clothes are very low quality. Nothing looks like it does on the site. Some pieces are literally not even wearable -- cut so that you can't raise your arms or so that even small boobs fall right out. The clothes aren't smartly made. They do not offer refunds -- only store credit. The customer service team is a bunch of straight up jerks. Like, they're mean to you. Seriously, steer clear and choose any of about 1,000 other fast fashion sites. This one sucks a lot.
I have been shopping with Tobi for years and never had an issue. Until now. I've had an order processing for over two weeks. I've sent multiple emails to their customer service email address and have gotten no response. In the past, they've always responded in a day or so. I'm not sure what's going on, but I am going to figure out how to cancel my payment and never shop there again. Are they even a real company anymore?!?
I did not like my clothes they felt very cheap, most were see-through. It was as if I had bought them off of Wish or Shien.
I saw on Instagram how nice their clothes looked so I gave them a chance.

They advertise free returns which sounds great but it's such a lie. I returned something back in April (now August) and still have not been refunded. I have emailed them several times and continue to get the same automated message. This place is such a scam and I recommend that no one buys anything from this place. So disappointing, I got ripped off and now have to get my bank involved.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Read their return policy - it is criminal. You will never get your money back. Look at their Twitter and Better Business Bureau. Worst customer service, worst company ever. Do yourself a favor - I am out $400 because of them.
I ordered three dresses a week and a half before thanksgiving so they would be delivered in time for me to wear on Thanksgiving Day. The dresses were scheduled to be delivered the Wednesday before, but I did not receive them until yesterday (12/16), almost a month after I ordered them.
