Delivery took weeks for a supposedly in-stock item, I reached out to customer service, was politely told to 'just wait'... now tracking is saying that my package was picked up/delivered in a state I don't even live in :/

I recently purchased two dresses, the Callahan Shirt dress in blue and the Flutter dress in black.
They arrived within 5 days. I chose to read most of the reviews for the sizes. They were right on point. Thank you reviewers. I ordered the two dresses in xs. They fit perfectly. Both dresses can be dressed up with heals and proper accessories. Or if you choose wear them with cute sneakers or sandals.

It was my first time shopping at the Georgetown location and I was not disappointed. They were short-staffed that day, so between helping me, answering the phone, and taking packages in from UPS, this woman deserves a medal!

I ordered a shirt that looks so cute in the picture. That being said it was not a good fit as it was to blow see through the body and too short. Unfortunately, it was a final sale. My friends have all raved about your site, however, I don't know if I will make another purchase unfortunately.

I ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived quickly but had no tag attached. In addition I saw what I thought was a small stain but turned out to be a hole in the fabric. Very disappointed. It's going back.

Lovely dress and received on time. Customer service not terribly responsive -- the email option for notification when the item came back in stock worked well, but took me three tries to buy the dress since as soon as I received a notification my size would be sold out again. Worked out in the end, but was a little frustrating.

Purchased two dresses for an upcoming wedding. Kept and wore one and returned the other. Return process was super simple and easy. Received tons of compliments on my dress. It was beautiful and comfortable.

This lovely top fits beautifully (true to size) and the style is so flattering. Will be wonderful to wear during the holidays.

Wore this dress for a couple of hours. When I took it off, my skin and nude bra was stained a purple color. I have never had a piece of clothing bleed onto me like this. Really disappointed because the dress is a cute style.

I purchased a pair of shoes one size too small, returned them the next day, via the website - selected the exchange option.
The new pair were it my house in three days! It was seamless, and SO convenient.

The dress arrived in time for the event for which I purchased it, and I appreciated that timely assurance. It did not arrive with any extra touches, such as tissue paper or a hanger, but if that saves on shipping that's fine. What I did not expect was that I would wear the dress and return to find my skin tinted black/gray, because the inside of the dress rubbed off! One does not necessarily clean a velvet dress before wearing as with garments made of presumably lesser fabrics. The fit was Ok. I am typically a Petite and took a chance, since there were no embellishments with this dress and a longer length suited, but Petite sizing would have been preferable regarding the length of the sleeves and height of the mock turtleneck. I needed a dress for a specific occasion and this dress adequately served that purpose.

The navy dress arrived with big puffy sleeves! That was NOT in the picture. I love the dress & hoping I can steam them down. Or I may just have to return it. My other long dress was great!
I also wish that you made dresses a little longer. I like a dress above my knee but most are very short!

I'm still debating... I thought I ordered the correct size length. Style... sleeve length... etc. Even the color is just what I wanted. However it is somewhat tight across the bust. I've ordered a better quality bra with some support through my chest area and hopefully this corrects the issue. I'm grandmother of the groom and in my late eighties. I'm ok wearing foundation garments and two inch heels and I want to look "put together" but not stand out. I'll know if this dress is the "one" when the foundation has better support. The dress is adorable I want it to work and hopefully not be to hot. Wedding is in September.

This dress screams personality. Great colors, great bounce, but with the shirt top it can also pull off a workplace event. Its loose fit give lots of leeway for different stomach sizes or just a large meal. Couldn't be happier. Paid extra for hurried delivery bc I needed it by a certain date and it arrived no prob!

I ordered some clothes for my daughter who has just had a baby… two Tuckernuck dresses were perfect, one from another designer (Chloe?) was so far off in sizing it could not even come close to fitting. If the sizes vary that much, it should be noted.

I think we all shop more freely when returns are quick and efficient. Shopping on line can be challenging and mistakes are made. I do wish there was a return reason" just didn't flatter" as quite frequently the garment is fine but for whatever reason, it simply doesn't feel like something you would look forward to wearing. Hence, returns are inevitable. Knowing Tuckernuck makes the process headache free is critical.
