I originally ordered the Navy Cotton Colette Cable sweater in size medium. This is the same size I wear in other tops from Tuckernuck. The Colette medium sweater was much too big. I wanted to exchange it for a size small at the same sale price. There was no option provided to exchange to get the correct fit.
After I successfully returned the sweater, I sent an email message to customer service and received a quick response with a one time code to purchase at the same price. I filled out the online order multiple times and each time the box to type in my charge card number was missing. By the time, I tried to try to order on my cell phone the size small was sold out. Since it is a Sunday, no one was available to speak with.
Can anyone in customer service find the Colette navy sweater in size small. Will these be restocked?
I persist with the website because I like the clothes but it is unusually frustrating. I think I end up resetting my password every time because changing it to my choice is hard to do. Also, if you filter to the search you want - so, say, my size, my colors... and then you look at a full page photo of an item, and then try to go back to your search, you have to reenter it all. I know of no other company whose online site requires so much patience.

I love the brand selection and the Tuckernuck designed styles. My only feedback is that at this price point, I expect a prepaid, preprinted return label (especially for an online only retailer). Other high end retailers such as Shopbop and netaporter offer this.
