I bought this dress for my daughter as a gift to wear to holiday parties and she is thrilled. It is the perfect little black dress and the velvet fabric is lovely.
My experience was good. Called regarding an item. Size was an issue. Customer service was very nice and polite. They explained the sizing and offered to exchange my item with no problem.
I love the style and quality of these clothes, but I'm short and petite (size 4-6) and everything is way too long and loose. Would love a petite option.
One of my dresses appeared to have been used. It didn't have the tags on it and looked like it might have been washed. I did not return it because, honestly, I don't have the time. I'll make do.
I love this dress! It was described as a beach coverup but it is lined and just the right length to wear as a dress! Told my sister about it so she purchased one also!
I went out of town and knew I could not accept delivery in DC bc I did not know how long i would be gone. It was so easy to have it shipped to the store and pick it up 5 days later when I returned.
Several dresses I have ordered have been too short. I am 5'3 and never have a problem elsewhere. If Tuckernuck is going to be a competitor in this price range, really need to "up" quality.
I ordered two dresses and both were just a little snug and didn't look quite right on my frame. Loved the dresses though! I needed to return and Tuckernuck made it very easy to do!
The dress is light and airy and fits well except that it is so short that I can't wear it as a dress. I'm 5'9" and the front lands just below my crotch! Will wear it as a top with white skinny jeans.
I made a return for a recent item I purchased (no issue with the item, just wrong size for me). I have yet to hear the return has been received or that I will be issued a refund.

I would rate higher if website had more filter options and if back arrow options brought me to where I left off. Sometimes, back arrow buttons make me start from beginning.
The quality of the dress did not meet my expectations so I returned it. The shipment and delivery of the return takes too long. And am still waiting for my refund.
Though i have seen negative reviews on the quality... that is incorrect... the dress I bought is great quality. Cant wait to wear it to a wedding in a few days.
