TN shipped the plants I ordered on time. The packaging was superb, the plant quality and condition were excellent and the information provided very thorough. As an avid gardener and amateur grower I have much experience with buying plants. I will order again from TN.

On March 17, I placed an order, but received nothing. Finally, on May 17, I called them. The spokesperson said they've been busy filling the April orders! A week later, I received my order in the mailbox. The documentation said "These plants are not dead." I planted them in 4 different locations, watered them, and nothing came up. Bummer.

We bought 100 square feet of live moss. There was a minor delay in shipping, but once it shipped it arrived quickly, well packed and beautifully alive. (And shipped all the way to Oregon.) And there was A LOT OF IT. We would definitely order from them again.

I have ordered from several mail-order plant companies previously. These plants arrived well packaged but the roots looked very dry. I understand about shipping dormant plants, but I am a bit concerned about how the plants will do with the roots being so dried out. It was an early winter shipment so I will have to wait until spring to see how the plants do. There was no gel or anything in the root bag area, so there was nothing to provide any moisture to the bare roots during shipment.

I have been looking for this perennial for a long time. Am happy to have found Wholesale Nursery. The bulbs are in excellent condition and I am excited about seeing plants in the spring. I realize they may not bloom the first year, but I am patient.
I had purchased chickory plants and a lilac bush from this bogus company the plants arrived dead the bush I never received. I tried calling them multiple times and emailing them no response. They will not correct the issue or give refunds

After searching with other online nurseries I soon discovered that the ones promoted most were from northern states. They did not understand like Tnnursrry that in the south - December is a great time to plant. They all wanted to wait till April. In the south that means lots of watering with few roots to survive the summer. Tn nursery understood and sent a redbud tree professionally packaged and it is now happily planted in my front yard awaiting the spring.

The owner goes above and beyond in helping her staff and customers. Although she has had to deal with negligent employees, who have set out to ruin her business. I ordered 2 fig trees, April 2014, weeks later I received 2 dead twigs,, not even fig, there response "nothing we can do, you should have scratched the bark" I returned them at my expense, they agreed to reship in the fall, received them in Dec 2014. They bloomed in spring, 2015 it was determined they were aspen. Not fig, I e-mailed, Paula White told her what I received, her response "nothing we can do, you did not say no substitutions" a substitute would have been another variety of fig, aspen is not even a fruit tree. After one year and 11 e-mails I still have no fig trees... scamers stay away

The products are not as advertised. They offer bareroot dormant plants. I made several orders, all of which were shipped a month later than requested. The products were NOT dormant, and as a result I had a 5% survival rate. The customer service was horrible…took me multiple calls to get someone other than a person reading a script that said they don't offer refunds…ever. However, if the product is not as advertised, then a refund is absolutely in order. Otherwise it's a strong case for bait and switch. We'll see what the BBB has to say about it.

After 30 days I called and found out my order was still NOT shipped, supposedly my order was sitting in their distribution center waiting to be shipped. I suspect I will get dead plants from their long delay. I will be surprised if anything lives after it arrives.

This is my first time ordering with you, but I'm impressed with you, especially your customer service rep. Tina! I had placed my order and realized that I wanted to add to my order. She was kind and responsive to my desire. She added to my order and quickly sent a confirmation to show the change. When the bare roots arrived they were both packaged well and looked healthy. Now I wait for spring to see them prosper!

I've ordered from other online nurseries and received much better bulbs and starts. Tennessee nursery had a plant I couldn't find elsewhere. However I was shorted 4 plants and no one will reply from customer service. Really disappointing
This outfit is horrible. They are hard to get ahold of by telephone if something goes wrong with the order (which it did). Their delivery times were incorrect and they shipped only part of my order. They still have not filled my order correctly but they charged me anyway just for good measure (sarcasm). What I received was not the 2-3 ft plants I paid for but rather 6" twigs. I guess one gets what one pays for (in my case, not even that much). AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
