Our items came weeks after I expected them and according to the website guarantees. I tried to cancel the order when it didn't arrive timely but wasn't allowed to. When the items did arrive they were of bad quality anyway. I will never order from them again. They also won't unsubscribe me from their promotional emails although I have requested that several times. That triggered this review even though my purchase was a couple of years ago.
I had just purchased my house and i didn't have any landscaping at all. After finding this company I could not be happier. I bought a bare root variety pack and I was so excited to see them bloom. I will be purchasing more as soon as I know what I want!

Ordered grass plants. Charged card same day. Grass plants not in stock. Wouldn't answer email to cancel. Called and got third-party agent. Would not cancel order. Shipped grass 14 days after I cancelled. Received dead plants. Will never use again.

Ordered 100 Va Blue Bells. Did not arrive on requested date. I planted the dormant roots. About 50% of the plants did not come up this year. Asked for replacement plants and was told I should have checked the plants for viability upon receipt. When you plant dormant roots of a ephemeral plant, have to wait till the next spring for foliage to appear, then you see what is viable. I sent a photo of the plants to show the growing conditions were correct. Never buy from this company. I waited a year to find out plants were of poor quality.

Ordered 10 eastern cedar trees in Oct 2015. Took 4 weeks for 5 to arrive and all dried out for lack of moisture on the bare roots and dead as door nails. Took pictures and they reshipped 10 as ordered. Again weeks later my local post office asked me to come to the post office and look at the broken boxes and displaying 10 totally dead dried out trees and brittle bare roots. Refused delivery and contacted them. Here we are in Spring 2017 and my order is still showing "awaiting fulfillment". Total waste of $108. Stay far, far away from this online nursery. You will regret dealing with this company.

The ordering experience was easy and quick. The plants arriv ed as promised. All ferns that I ordered were planted in my existing fern bed in the proper soil and light conditions. I will wait to pass final judgment until the purchased items grow and hopefully thrive. Each fern looked reasonably healthy, so I am hoping for the best.
Arrived quickly in a nice box, roots wrapped in straw and covered with plastic. I have planted them right away, last fall. They were dormant when I planted them and after a month are now showing signs of developing buds. I am in Southern Washington State.

They ship bare root plans without any roots. In addition they don't send you the full order. I have been working with them for 2 months and they don't care about customer service at all. Now they want me to mail the twigs back at my cost and I see other posts you do this and they still don't return. DO NOT ORDER from here or expect anything to live. Just throwing your money away and the most rude and aweful customer service.

I'm always hesitant to order from a company online for the first time. But I was extremely happy with my experience. I had 2 separate orders, I had started getting a little concerned after about 2 weeks that I had ordered from a iffy site since I hadn't had any updates on my orders, however I received a email stating they were being shipped... when I received them I swear they had just dug them up. They were fresh, soil was moist and packaged well. Of course they are dormant at the moment but you can tell they are simply dormant and appear healthy in their dormant state. I will definitely order again.

Bought a quantity of elderberry Stakes only 5% survived. Contacted them via email, couldn't get them on the phone and it was a couple times via email. Got a hold of them just after the 1 year warranty. They refused to honor their warranty. Said it was too bad I was a few days late. Won't do business with them again. Be ware they don't honor their warranty

I ordered product in the spring that arrived all dead. I also ordered a white pine they said would be shipped in the fall. Nothing has been shipped and they do not respond to my customer service emails. Looks like I have been mislead by a bad outfit.
There was a computer switch in my order. I did not receive what I ordered and was overcharged. The customer service person was rude and unhelpful. They refused to make it right. I would never order from them again!

I have purchased a few plants from this vendor. The ferns I ordered were great. There were clear instructions for planting, etc. However, I ordered what was supposed to have been an oak leaf hydrangea, along with a couple of others items. I know many times, first year planted items will not bloom or perform at their best. I questioned if what I received was an oak leaf hydrangea (I do not have one, but the leaves did not look right last summer) and it did not bloom. This year, I confirmed it is not an oak leaf, so I reached out asking for help to identify what was sent to me. I did not ask for money or to return - simply to get an idea of what I have planted and how to take care of it. When I reached out to the vendor, I was told they could not help me because it was beyond their one year warranty. I only wanted help to identify what I did receive. Based off this rude experience from this vendor, I will not buy from them again.

I purchased 24 cedar trees (that looked like stucks) and received them in April. Planted as instructed but three weeks after planted, we received a freeze and snow. In July, I called the nursery and was told they should be okay, just in shock. Called back in August and was told to do a scratch test, which I did. Was told tree would show green if alive. None of them showed any green. Called back and advised. Was told to take pictures and send to customer service, which I did. I requested to be refunded the 50% as I am retired and on a fixed income, but they will not do that. They want me to pay another 250.00 for another shipment of trees, that I can't afford, and no guarantee they will survive. Not a good way to treat your customers. Run as far away from this place as you can. I will be contacting my bank in an effort to get my money back.

I ordered some perennials from here and they came well packaged with instructions. I knew that I was getting bare root plants from their website so I was fine with that. I planted them where I wanted them to grow and out of 12 plants, I only had 1 die - to me that is a high percentage! I was pleased and will order from them again in the future

We ordered 25 red & 25 white oak tree acorns. Each acorn package was clearly identified and more than the tagged 25 each. All of the acorns showed roots, which I was delighted to see. I'm planning on ordering more acorns soon from them.

I ordered two Red Maple trees for my son and daughter-in-love from TN Wholesale Nursery for their yard and they can not stop talking about how great they are doing. The trees are happy and healthy, one in the front yard one in the back. My son has a birthday coming up... guess what he's getting?

Received sticks and twigs with no roots. Plants did not grow. I contacted the nursery and they refused to do anything about it. They said they do not guarantee their plants. Total scam. They send worthless pieces of plants that will never grow and keep your money. Stay away!
