Ordered $75 worth of ground cover. It arrived moldy looking. I put it in damp soil but it does not seem to be thriving...I wrote the company and am waiting for some kind of response.

Ordering was quick and easy. However, I am not satisfied and will not do it again.

Easy to find plants and easy ordering. Found just what I wanted and reasonably priced.

The plants were small and they are half dead on each one

I did not realize you do not ship to Alabama. If you could please cancel this order and refund to my account I would appreciate it.

This company does not respond to emails to customer service and they have no phone number to solve order problems. I was charged for a duplicate order and to top if off they only sent me half of what they charged me for. It has been a nightmare dealing with this irresponsible company. They just ignore attempts to solve the problem. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

I am a new customer, and anxious to see about your packaging, speed of delivery, quality of product. Thank You. That was my message I sent before receiving the goods.

I did receive my order promptly, well packaged, and satisfied for sure with its contents! I did get them in the soil the next day before the rain that came through.

I do not feel I should reply with my satisfaction for "products/review" until the primrose roots have emerged from the soil and germinated. And have them go through the growing portion of their lives.

I was however very satisfied with the specimens (5), and I do anticipate that they will be absolutely beautiful and a complete success, making me a repeat customer. I am very anxious to have yellow primrose in my perineal garden!

Easy to place order,but when I received the order there were no information on planting them.

Easy to order. Arrived in good shape. Looks very healthy. This is the first time I have ordered a plant online. Could find none locally.

C+ at best. Communication could be better; however, TN nursery did respond to a customer service email.

This seller had a user-friendly site and shipped promptly.

So far so good only one tree died a red bud. All other trees are doing great

So I made two orders, 30 mins apart, so I emailed them to send both at the same time to save me an extra shipping fee, cs said no, we don't combine shipping 😡, but I've not seen the order yet! March 29 was the order,

Received my trees in well package as they are dormant I planted the 2 wood sticks in well drained area and I am hoping now they will be revived 😄
