I've ordered a couple of times from this place that goes under several names. I will never order from them again. While everything is not wrong, their list of native plants included several present but non-native plants and some plants are mislabeled. I ordered native black raspberry (rubus) and got Japanese wineberry, a horrible invasive instead. A plant nursery should know this but native plants evolved in the same area as the pollinators, birds and insects that all complement each other. Plants that were introduced from other countries, but have naturalized here (escaped into the wild) are not native. Do your research folks and don't skimp.
My package was lost by the post office.
The nursery refused to replace shipment.
Extremely poor customer service.
Very dissatisfied and will dispute charges and report complaint to consumer affairs.
As an owner of a small business, I know how important customer service can be.

I order these plants, thinking they were fully bloomed plants. That is what the picture showed, recieved only roots. Then those roots were not even well maintained. I had over 5 plants showed in a small cardboard boxes in ziplock bags with no soil. And most of the roots were broken, some were not even the roots just broken sticks. Waste of money!

The worst Nursery I have ever worked with!
Be aware when buying more than 100 plants their "Warranty" rules are only playing in their hands!
- Really unprofessional Customer Service
- They trick you when buying more then 100 plants there is no warranty
At all!
- This is the biggest rip-off I have ever seen!
I just lost 500$!
I'm the most relaxed person on earth but making business with them is horrible!
I've ordered 290 beech seedlings in March... the box arrived, a bit damaged but the seedling were fine. I was able to put them in to the ground an hour later so they were safe and ready to grow. I've made some pics for the nursery in the beginning from the box also the seedlings when they first arrived just to let them see how they looked like.
I was wondering about 4 weeks later why there was no growth to see at all but hey maybe we still had a couple of cooler days so it takes a while. Two weeks ago I contacted them to give them an update that all of the seedlings are actually dead so brown in the inside which was and is a pity because I planted these seedlings before in another backyard without any issues.
I have to say their customer service is a mess! They only send me the warranty link... here we are... however I made all the "tests" stated in the warranty and this week I went back and told them there is not one seedling who survived!
I was very polite and explained in detail in my email also was sending pics as proof how the seedlings look like. Well they didn't care and I got the warranty link again and promised in writing I will receive a 100% in-store credit when I send some of the seedlings back. Well no problem at all I just ask for a written confirmation on this to make sure everything will be smoothly withing the return process.
Then another person, they never tell you a name, wrote that was a mistake I can send some of the dead seedling back and will receive a 60% discount for my next purchase! What the hell!
The lady, supposedly the Manager, was not really helpful and actually took a deep breath when I ask her to show me online their T&Cs... she then only said sorry for the wrong information about the 100% credit that does't apply for orders more than 100 plants! So now I can order them again and get 60% discount... which nobody in this world will do!

What a horrible business. I ordered plants that were shipped May 11th. They arrived May 30th. After 19 days in shipping, they were completely dead. The nursery website states that plants are good for 10 days in shipping. This nursery confirmed via my photo that they were dead, but refused to refund my money since I "received my shipment." Absolute nonsense. Find any other nursery to order from instead of Tennessee Wholesale Nursery.

Hi Sean, I would like to apologize for the service you received when purchasing our products. After talking to our team it seems that things should have been explained to you in more detail. I understand that that was not the case and we did not meet your expectations. Thank you for bringing this matter to my/our attention. If you would like to discuss this further, you can reach me/us at customerservice@tennesseewholesalenursery.com
The plants you receive are the worst EVER for an online site. This is not legitimate. I received dead roots, literally minuscule plants with dead tops and a few feeder roots. They told me to plant them because they had a 1 year warranty. That covers 40% of cost, and you get a store credit. After 6 weeks nothing grew. Even Dave's Garden won't accept further reviews because Tennessee Wholesale Nursery was suspected of putting up fake positive reviews. I wish I had researched before buying.

Bought plants on March 14 for April delivery. I contacted the company mid-April and they advised that they had just started shipping and my plants would ship by the end of the month. It is now May 6 and I still don't have my plants. Will never buy from them again.

I bought a couple of vines from this place, and they were shipped in ziplock bags with some water gel that had saturated and rotted the plants. I paid for "mature plants," but what I got were a couple of half dead twigs with a bruised, floppy leaf. There was a paper saying the plants might look dead, but that they were "dormant," (although it was not winter) and gave instructions. I followed the instructions to the letter, and a few days later, they'd withered entirely. I left them in the ground just in case, and a couple months later, no growth, no nothing. I paid money for a couple of dead sticks. Given this company's track record of terrible customer service, I didn't bother trying to do a return. Don't waste your time.
PLEASE NOTE: This place also goes by GARDEN DELIGHTS NURSERY.

Wish I had searched for reviews about this company before buying anything from them. Everything stated by others about this company is true. Hidden in their "warranty" page is clause that they can send you anything they want essentially. They claim equal or grater, but what I received was a common grass plant rather than the more expensive plant I ordered.
They will only offer store credit, but if you buy anything from them with such credit, you would have to keep in mind the substitution clause.
If you read their reviews and their reply across the net, it is painfully obvious that this "business" is just scamming people out of their money.
They took one customer to court for a review years ago (and lost) and have threatened people with ruining their credit by filing false unpaid debt claims and using collection agents to hunt them down and harass them. Both of these are violation of the law.
They also do business under multiple names like TN Tree Nursery, DNT Tree Nursery, Quick Growing Trees, Tennessee Wholesale Nursery and OnlinePlantNursery.
Dear Customer, we are sorry to hear about your negative experience with our company; that is definitely not what we want for our customers. We would love to help turn this around for you. Thank you for your feedback, and once again, we regret that you were not pleased with us. We hope to have a chance to make this right for you!
I ordered a male & female kolomitika vine b/c they were the only place I could find that had the female in stock. 6 weeks later they arrived and the female was dead. Not wilted but totally leafless and completely dry. I checked the pot it was sent in and the "plant" had no roots. I think they stuck a dead twig of something in dirt and mailed it. I had low expectations to begin with but being knowingly sent garbage still irked me. Getting low quality is one thing, but being purposely sent a dead twig stuck in dirt is another. That's fraud.
Hi Stephen - we are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with us. Our team is constantly striving to improve, so we would love to know what we could do differently the next time. Please reach out to us directly at customerservice@tennesseewholesalenursery.com, and we will be more than happy to help. Thank you for your time!
After placing my order in April and not hearing anything from them for 3 weeks, I did a google search and saw mostly negative reviews. My heart sank. Last week I got the delivery and could not believe my eyes: 6 ferns in one one gallon plastic bag, and 9 sedges in another, both bags filled with Soil Moist to keep these poor plants barely alive. And for these 2 bags of seedlings, I paid $90.
I have placed orders with many nurseries online for many years and this one is definitely the worst.
Hi Izzy - Thank you for choosing us. We are extremely grateful that you took the time to send us your feedback about our company. I read through your feedback carefully, and consider your suggestions to be very insightful. I will pass it on to our product development team to see if they could implement any of these changes in the upcoming releases. I will be sure to keep you updated. Thanks once again and looking forward to hearing more from you.
In Jan of 2015 I ordered one Contender Peach and one Red Gold Nectarine. Both received in good condition and labeled correctly.
Both broke dormancy and grew normally. Spring of 2017 the peach tree bloomed. All white not a peach colored bloom to be seen. Peaches do not bloom white. I emailed customer service and got no response. Spring of 2018 both trees are blooming. Both are solid white and appear to be the same tree.
Nectarines also do not bloom white. I don't know what trees I have. This annoys me greatly. I've given valuable space to two unknown trees for 3 years. I don't even know if they are fruit trees. These trees did not die back and regrow from root stock. They were sent wrong. Through honest error or through not caring I don't know.
Hi Peggy - Thank you so much for sharing your experience with our company. Your feedback helps us improve our products and services for everyone. If you would like to discuss how we could have made your experience better, please contact us at customerservice@tennesseewholesalenursery.com. We look forward to hearing from you!
BEWARE EVERYTHING GREEN. ONLINE TREE NURSERIES IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH! I rdered 100 Murray Cypress trees at a cost of over$300.00 They are not winter hardy in zone 6 as the company promised. I went to great expense and work to use the best soil, and followed their planting instructions to the letter. Even put up 8 foot deer fencing all around. I now have an 8 foot deer fenced property with 100 brown dead trees! I've contacted the company EVERTHING GREEN at least 30 times over the months and they say they are on it! On what? I wonder? Please do yourself a favor and avoid the disappointment and wasted $$$ STAY AWAY FROM EVERYTHING GREEN... I suggested a name change... Everything brown or dead
Thank you so much for your feedback, Diane! It makes our day hearing about how much our customers love our products and the great service they have received from our team. We have passed on your review to our team and look forward to you purchasing from us again.
I would not call this business a nursery. Finallllly received what should have been a small flowering tree. The box contained a group of sticks with so called roots attached. Never again. Don"t make the same mistake. Select reputable online nurseries. There are sources that rate nurseries. I now use one that is very good.

Ordered 10 eastern cedar trees in Oct 2015. Took 4 weeks for 5 to arrive and all dried out for lack of moisture on the bare roots and dead as door nails. Took pictures and they reshipped 10 as ordered. Again weeks later my local post office asked me to come to the post office and look at the broken boxes and displaying 10 totally dead dried out trees and brittle bare roots. Refused delivery and contacted them. Here we are in Spring 2017 and my order is still showing "awaiting fulfillment". Total waste of $108. Stay far, far away from this online nursery. You will regret dealing with this company.
Hi Peter, we do apologize for the bad experience you had with us and would love the opportunity to make it up to you. Would you mind emailing us at customerservice@tennesseewholesalenursery.com with your name, contact information and this review, so our Customer Support Manager can reach out to you personally? We definitely look forward to hearing from you soon.
Do NOT buy from this site, or any site associated with Tennessee Nursery (TNnursery, Garden Delights, and many other names the sell through). They do not send you what you ordered! They send plants that are not even listed on the website, and then, when contacted, insist that what they sent is correct. I even sent pictures from their website along with pictures of the plants I received (very different), along with the name of the plant as listed on their web page. Their response?- "Well, this (what they sent) is what we call (name of plant on website)", even tho it does not match their own picture!

I ordered 25 shrubs and indicated no substitutions. The shrubs that did leaf out in the spring ( lost over half) were not not what I ordered. Customer service is horrible.
Hi Elwood, thank you for your review. We would like to hear more about your experience so that we can use your valuable feedback to deliver an even better experience next time. Please reach out to customerservice@tennesseewholesalenursery.com with any further comments or suggestions you wish to share. Again, thank you for taking the time to review our business!
I ordered a few trees from Garden Delights Online Plant Nursery without reading reviews. I now believe this was a HUGE, HUGE mistake. It is my understanding that when you purchase anything from Garden Delights Online Plant Nursery you are agreeing to pay return shipping for damage claims whether the plants arrive alive or dead. Based upon my experience it appears Garden Delights Online Plant Nursery doesnt seem to care about my customer satisfaction so I'm not sure it's worth it to me to pay more money to return something I'm dissatisfied with in order to risk getting another product I may be dissatisfied with. My experience with Garden Delights Online Plant Nursery customer service consisted of only a handful of emails which culminated in them threatening legal action regarding online reviews! I recommend that potential customers of Garden Delights Online Plant Nursery do a thorough search regarding this company and all their affiliated businesses and review other customers experiences prior to placing an order. I also suggest potential customers research Garden Delights Online Plant Nursery as well as their other related companies on the Tennessee BBB website including their customer complaint history. Note that they are connected with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery.

Purchased a truckload of their end of season deals. They was wonderfully priced and every tree lived. Couldn't be happier and my bank account smiled when i re-sold. For the first time in years...
