Great experience with ordering. But I was gone for two days when they arrived. I immediately planted the bare roots but they and the bag smelled moldy. Praying for the best.
My existing bugleweed plants are fully bloomed. I order 2 more to fill in a dead space. I received 2 dormant plants. So, my plan to fill my long narrow planter is busted!
TN nursery sent me pitch pine trees that never grew and refused to honor the return policy that was promised at the time of purchase. They refused to acknowledge that the trees were dead (even after NOTHING appeared green after being planted for one year) and would only consider refunding my money if I sent back the dead trees - at my expense.
Our plants arrived well packaged and dormant. They're taller than expected. I am hopeful that they will grow next spring. So far they're still dormant.

Received 5 bare root Wild Huckleberry plants last Nov. Of 2020. Planted as soon as they arrived. As of now Sept, 2021, all five are alive & growing. Very pleased..

Flow between steps needs clarification please
Great deal for the trees I purchased, might be bare root, but they seem to have taken to the ground well, came quickly after they were prepared and came healthy
Purchased 2 white Crepe Myrtles to frame the entrance to our new driveway. Got here quickly and undamaged. Price was good. Would recommend thus nursery.

My first batch of trees Totally dead Thry did give me a gift card but "REFUSED " to replace my replacement order for ANOTHER YEAR! NEVER would I recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely Ridiculous being a replacement should have shipped it out Immediately
I have been amazed at how quickly the bareroots emerge and grow into large plants. Within two days the Indian Pinks were emerging. The roots give perennials a headstart on developing.

Don't buy any trees from them. I paid over fifty dollars for two measley 18 inch bare root trees that never leafed out and failed the scratch test. I refused to pay 50 % more for replacements.

I placed an order in Augest and only after ten emails they told me they are planning to deliver it in the end of October or issue 80% discount. I am going to inform to credit company.

After buying from this website in the past and always very pleased, I decided to order some perennial flowers to plant later in August. Following my purchase I received a coupon in my email for free shipping on my next purchase. I decided that I would go ahead and use the coupon. When I attempted to use the free shipping the site said I was not eligible at the time. I emailed the customer service department with cut and paste of the advertised free shipping. I got an email saying they saved my order and when I again attempted to check out, I was denied the free shipping.
I sent another email to the customer service and they said I should try again or they could override the order. I decided to cancel the second order along with the FIRST order. Then I received a message that because I was cancelling my first order despite it not being shipped until August, they would have to charge me 20% to cancel the order. It has all be rather irritating and I seem forced to buy my first order. Will not be using in the future despite all the past business where I was satisfied. The customer service department is far less accommodating than most businesses.
Great place to buy online trees. I got 2 sassafras trees from them. They were slow to come out, but when they came out they have taken off. Looking forward to some sassafras tea one of these days.

This company ships dead trees. Tells you they are "dormant" and instructs you to plant them even though they're dried out and have no root growth. Then after spring comes they think it's too late to complain.
THEY WANT YOU TO PAY SHIPPING TO RETURN DEAD TREES AND THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. DEAL WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR DEAD TREES.
