Customer service is a little slow but good. There are limited sizes, limited colors and selection. I would stay away from the gift cards. The size you want or color will not be there when the gift card arrives. I think this is my last time buying from Title 9. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years for my wife's wardrobe but this year all that was left was extra small sizes. Really disappointed.
I recently purchase capris and a top which were both exactly what I hoped for but to big.
I needed to call customer service which like anything now days demands patience.
I want to give a shout out to my rep.(unfortunately I did not get her name) she was so kind, patient and so helpful. If my wait time was a reflection of how customers get treated- it was worth every minute. I very rarely do reviews but I felt this company deserved my time. I will definitely be a future customer. Thank you!
Just had to ask for a refund after shipment status hasn't updated in 2 weeks. This has happened multiple times with this store. Cute clothes but way too expensive unless you get things on sale and crappy shipment times to boot. They need to get organized!
I made two separate purchases from Title Nine during June 2020. It took weeks to receive the first order and I am still waiting on the second order. The tracking information on the items shows a date in the past for a delivery date. There is no one to take your call if you call customer service and it takes over a week tow get a response from customer service via e-mail which is the only way to contact them. The response was not even helpful. Other companies figured this out why can't Title Nine? I would take your business elsewhere! I will not order from them again!
I like that I have an entire YEAR to decide if I like an item and send it back if it doesn't perform, if it fades, pills, wears out, or I just don't like how it fits. This mostly makes up for the $9 shipping fee - although often they offer free shipping with a minimum order which isn't hard to meet (unless it's just a few dollars' difference and then it's a pill finding something small). I do have to pay return shipping but in a year I can collect multiple items and send them all back together for a flat price. They have cute, well-made (mostly) clothing from a variety of manufacturers - although I wish they would offer more pants (real pants, not leggings) that fit curvy, muscular women. I keep a running wish list and watch for sales!
I LOVE Title Nine's clothes... SADLY, my latest purchase at end of June (2020) ended up missing in shipping.
My post office (Horrible customer service -except for filing missing mail report online) denied receiving it, then no one from T. N. acknowledging my concerns sent from their email form online- UNTIL... I emailed them directly@ ' *******@titlenine.com ' in which I then forwarded them the formal response sent from the USPS re: my missing mail.
I heard back in 2-3 days -polite, apologetic AND and they have credited the charge.
Per their fair request I'm 'on my honor' to return pkg (they will pay shipping) IF it shows up - or tell them if I wish to keep and they will then recharge my credit card.
SO I haven't been criminally robbed - but IS concerning SO many of us have struggled with not receiving our orders! Will I chance ordering from them again? Hmmm?
Your products used to be good. Size not right, I also was charged $102.00, and was charged $7.50 to return item that said it was $89.00 and credited amount $81.00. Hello Amazon or any other place with free shipping and returns. So sad, really used to love your products.
Ok, I love their catalogs, lol. I ordered a top on 1/27/22 and I just called to check on the status (3/7/22.) I think their product is great, although very expensive but the shipping is terrible. This is not the first time that I've experienced this with this company.
It's fine to have to charge for shipping, but don't pick a slow transit. Most/many popular online retailers ship for free and/or charge a bit to ship something a bit quicker. That is why they charge a fee. Title 9 charges shipping for slow shipping and then charges MORE for more items (no free shipping ever!). THEN THEY CHARGE FOR RETURNS. Skip this retailer.
My order was shipped on May 26 and on June 2 I started to look for it. It went missing and I contacted Title Nine 4-5 times for assistance, but they do not answer their phone or respond to e-mails. Terrible customer service and I am frustrated and disappointed in them. I have been a customer for ever, but I won't be back.
Ordered a package on 6/1. It never arrived and several emails to customer service went unanswered. They are not answering phones because of COVID so directed me to the "Live Chat" functionality. They were "unavailable" in the live chat which sent another email. Totally unacceptable Customer Service
Ordered a jog bra that was told was like their Athena bra which they do not have and received and it is nothing like the Athena. Sent 3 emails and no response, very poor customer service and return shipping prices astronomical! Unless you have something you know what you are getting and have liked, buyer beware as to return something is more work than anyone needs especially since these are high priced items to begin with, $69 for a jog bra and no customer service, really! They have lost a customer.
I love the products they sell and am very disappointed that I will no longer be ordering from them. I placed an order a month ago, received confirmation email for all items ordered. 3 weeks later a package arrives with an item missing. The item wasn't on the packing slip so I check my confirmation again, and yep it's there. Go to the website check my order status, status is "closed". Call to find out what happened, no answer. Sent email, no response, did live "chat" and was told, so sorry we are out of that product. Sorry for the inconvenience. I get at least 3 emails a day from title nine selling products, but not one email explaining the item was not being shipped. I understand the item was sold out, but a courtesy email explaining this should have been sent.
I am so angry that title nine will not return emails or phone calls, and you cannot reach them during COVID. Why are they not working form home like all other vendors? I ordered an item at the beginning of May- and its June 1st, and I cannot track it- and they will not call back. I have asked by email about 12 times for someone to call- and to boot, I have been charged the full price! Highway robbery.
They ship the products with UPS Innovations so it takes up to three weeks to receive your package. They sent my order in multiple shipments so it took even longer for the subsequent packages. I ordered two of the same sport bra and the first one was the correct bra but the second one was a bra not even on their website and I had to pay $7.25 shipping to return it. I tried phone, customer chat and email and they simply don't respond. It is as though they laid off all customer service during Covid19. I reordered the bra off the Patagonia website for the same price and free shipping and returns. I wonder how long my refund from Title Nine will take...
I placed my order a month ago. Order still hasn't arrived. Order tracking says it was delivered to the post office in my town 8 days after purchase date. One month later still nothing! Title Nine's phones are not working due to COVID and their live chat is also down. I have sent 4 emails and NO response. I am just hoping to get a refund at this point and feel very cheated. Something is not right here. I even reached out to them on Instagram and they told me there is a delay due to Covid. Okay but a month? We have received multiple packages from different companies with no issues at all. I feel scammed.
I have emailed multiple times since you cannot call or chat. I placed one order. They are shipping in 3 shipments. I keep trying to cancel and they keep shipping. I have to pay to return. What a scam. They have lost a customer. I am so disgusted with their customer service. BTW, I ordered sports bras and the first two were so horrible, I returned and tried to cancel the rest.
Ordered on May22, received email from title nine stating shipped on May 25, began watching tracking. UPS logged the package on May 28 (why this three business day lag?), then on June 3, it was logged as transferred to USPS in my city (St Paul, MN). UPS tells me to begin tracking it with the alternate #, but that doesn't work in usps.com. I contacted Title Nine by email today (agree with previous reviewer, why don't they at least have somebody answering phones, three months out from the main Covid lockdown?), since it has now been six days- with the package presumably in my city, and I still have not received it. I live in a safe area, and am home all the time, so the package was not stolen. If you are listening, Title Nine- please reply to my email and use a better shipping method next time, your clothes are expensive and it is not right to make the buyer wait 2+ weeks for receipt and have all of these unknowns in the shipping process.
Title Nine ships from CA via FedEx SmartPost which takes 2+ weeks to get to the East Coast, in part because the USPS makes no guarantees on delivery time. Title Nine fails to disclose the long transit times on their website. In addition they charge $9 in shipping when FedEx SmartPost costs a manufacturer around $3 per parcel. It's an economical shipping method for a manufacturer to use but then why are tripling the cost in order to make extra profit off their customers? Why not pass on the savings to their customers, especially if it takes so long? If they had a fast shipping method it might be worth the extra fee, but it's ridiculous that customers have to pay extra for a slow & unreliable shipping method.
I wish I had seen these other reviews before placing my order. I placed a generous order on June 2,2020. And by June 11th the tracking information for the shipment stopped updating. It is now June 16th and of course there is no one answering a phone and your only means of communication is through emails. I have emailed 4 times and still there has been no response. They have my money, I have no shipment, they will not respond - I Feel Robbed! How do I get my money back?!?!
Answer: Legit company- I have ordered several times in last few years.
Answer: VERY difficult ( in June/Juy 2020 anyway) to get a hold of - no phone service, no chat service, no response to using their email form online at their website - until i emailed them direct@: Thefolks@titlenine
Answer: Athleta, women's Patagonia line, Sierra Trading Post for value.
