Tire Rack site was easy to use and had great information to review tires for my vehicle. The ordering process was easy and I had my tires the next day at the shop for installation.
The wheels are tires are awesome, however I paid for them to be mounted and balanced. The wheels were not even remotely close to being properly balanced. I needed to pay for them to be rebalanced which was frustrating.
Tires arrived two days later. There is a pandemic and it is the holiday season. Just stating the facts.
The installers charged a bit more than the Tire Rack claimed pricing. So that was disappointing. It was already hard enough to make an appointment with them, I didn't want to cause further issues with bringing up the pricing.
Ordered tires on Monday and they were delivered to installer on Tuesday
One of the center caps on my set of Helo wheels came loose and fell off about a year after purchase from the Tire Rack. I contacted customer support and they ordered a replacement. It arrived and fit perfectly. Thank you so much!

It was super EZ they shipped the tires directly to the mobile installer and called to double check the order with me because I was getting a staggered set
Chatted online with Tire Rack for a recommendation, placed an order and had them delivered to a nearby Pep boys. Had new tires installed the next day just in time for a big snowstorm.

Picking up was a mess. The online system never told me it was ready for pickup, I had to call and then they let me know it was ready for pickup. Once I got to the place, it was confusing about where to go. I went to one area where it had a sign to call for order pick up, and then I was told that it was on the other area side of the building. I've ordered from TireRack over the years with shipping and I never had issue. They need to improve their pick up experience though.
Finding all the options that fit my car was very simple and tires were shipped to my doorstep in 2 days.
