Ordered a set of 4 Falken Azenis RT660 tires. The order process was very easy to navigate on the site and shipped quickly, with me receiving the tires in 2 days.

Purchased 1 replacement Michelin Pilot Sport tire 275/35/R18 and did not realize it is a run flat tire, agent called and informed it will be a mismatch with the remaining tires with the vehicle, changed and updated the order with the regular tire as I did not know it is now AS 4 instead of AS 3. Thank you for the speedy respond and service, sorry not to ask the agent's name!
