This was the first time I ordered from Tire Rack, and it was a good experience. I used the online chat feature for assistance, and they were helpful. The prices were cheaper than getting them from my dealer or other local shop. The tires I ordered were not a size that comes standard for my vehicle, so before they processed my order they emailed me confirming that was what I wanted to order. I let them know that it was accurate as I have separate wheels for my snow tires than my all-season wheels.

It was easy to find the tires we needed and they were delivered 5 days before the estimation said they would be, even with the mail being especially slow due to the pandemic. I had to cancel an order, too, and that was extremely easy. Highly recommend!
