Placed an order for ties and wheels. After a month they were not delivered. There were supposed to be delivered in no more than 3 weeks. I called. It was going to be another 3 weeks before I got the shipment. I cancelled the order. I have done a lot of business with Tireack over the years. I am rethinking my loyalty.

The web site allowed for a good opportunity to compare available products. Easy to understand with all of the information needed to make a good decision. I was totally blown away at how quickly they were delivered... right to my front porch.

The worst part about buying tires has always been the wait. Last time I went to a tire shop I was there for almost two hours. Not anymore.

Purchased around noon on a Wednesday, the tires were on my porch by 1:30 the next afternoon.

The installer arrived on time, was polite, and did a great job. It's another example of tire rack efficiency. I would recommend using them, and I plan on doing so in the future.

I cannot believe the quality of this product. The online pictures don't do them justice. They were delivered in just a couple of days and I had them on the vehicle within about 3 days of placing the order. Great customer service. I will definitely be placing a future order.

I order a set of perelli scorpion tires for my dodge journey. Shipping was fast. They feel and look great. Not much road noise. They did wonderful in our midwest snow covered roads and I would definetely buy them again.

Upon submitting my tire order online, I received a call from Tire Rack in regards to a potential sizing mistake for my vehicle. They were correct & my order was corrected. The tires were then delivered to my local Tire Rack approved installer the following day. Great service!

I found the tires I needed at a good price and had them shipped to my installer. The shipping took less than 24 hours.

It's only been a couple days since my new Michelin tires have been installed so can't give much of a review yet.

The products I was searching for were available and shipped quickly. I also like the reviews, which help make my selection easier. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that they came from two different locations. So, I had to wait to get them installed. However, I appreciate the fact that shipping was prompt and tracking was excellent!

The online process was quick and easy. I will reserve my report on the tires after I put some miles on it.
