New Tire was ordered on Friday morning/ early afternoon, with overnight delivery. It was not delivered Till Monday. Fed-Ex tracking never revealed where the tire is. My car was having flat tire and had to be left at dealer. The customer service has no idea where the tire was till my dealer svc informed that tire was received. Don't know overnight service would be refunded or not. A lot of hassles.
I've bought tires from tire rack a few times, and always appreciate how easy it is. The product reviews and comparisons make it easy to select your new tires, and the installer relationship makes it super easy to get them out on your car. Love it.

Bought 4 bf goodrich g-force tires. Had them shipped to installer. Have installer put them on. Come out to car and see the tires look dried out, gray and seemed weathered. Took pictures and called customer service. Rep says best they can do is $50 refund. Initiate dispute with credit card company. Rep calls back and says they will refund cost of tire if i get another set installed and send back old. Told i would not get back install money. Ordered replacement tires and have not seen those yet

I purchased two sets of winter tires/wheels from tire rack by now. Exceptional shipping speed, fast customer service response. The set up was accurate. Fitment is exceptional. I wish it had more options for my car, which is a Porsche Cayman GT4, but I understand that a 20 inch snow set up is not a common purchase anyway. Very satisfied and tire rack is my only go to place when it comes to winter wheel and tire set up.
