I am having a tire replaced through road hazard, love the tire (continental true contact), and the initial buying process was great. The road hazard process however had been tough to navigate. I purchased the replacement tire on good faith that road hazard would reimburse me. It is tough to know for sure if and what I'll get back.

I'm not a car person so this process was so easy. I needed new wheels and tires and I was able to find what I needed and shipped quickly. I used their service to install them on my car and the service was great as well.

I ordered a wheel-and-tire package for my 2010 Subaru Impreza WRX 5-door that were oversized and meant for SCCA racing. Gus helped me with the order and was great, as usual. There were some questions about the speed of delivery - whether to pick them up at our local warehouse or have them shipped, and in the end we chose the best option. Gus also helped with some technical aspects (fitment, TPMS options, etc.) I can't see why anyone would order from the TireRack and not be assisted by a sales specialist.
