Seeing what was in my cart was a little confusing. Accidently ordered two sets of tpms sensors and by the time I went to call they had already flagged it for a review. Great customer service experience and will use them again

Nice selection with competitive prices. However, links to schedule an appointment at an installer were not working. I called the installer and received an appointment though. Very easy way to get the tires you want quickly.

Great experience, first time using my mobile to search and actually purchase a couple tires. It was just as easy as using my desktop PC.

Simple and easy, I knew the tire size and type I wanted. It was nice to compare my choice with a couple of other options before finalizing my purchase.

It was easy to order tires, but I was not able to schedule an appointment with an installer due to error.

Could not find rear tires for my car anywhere but the dealership and they wanted twice the price. Found them on Tire Rack at best price. Initially had them shipped to NTB but they wouldn't put my car on the rack. So I picked them up and brought them to Pep Bots and they installed them.

Gus was extremely helpful in making this purchase. He helped confirm that my tire/wheel package fit over the calipers on my vehicle. He also had the TPMS sensor preinstalled onto the wheels prior to shipping out the same day as my order. They fit perfectly, and I was able to install and program the TPMS using the system I purchased. (had to deflate the tires to 10 psi before being able to activate/program). Overall, an excellent purchase and customer service experience.

Received a hard-to-find radial compact spare from Tire Rack. It was a new tire (made December 2020), not something that had been laying in inventory for years. And, got it fast. I'm very pleased with Tire Rack.

Tire Rack was the only supplier to stock my tires.
