Easily found what i was looking. With the rebate offer through general tires was a good deal.

I have returned to yet another well guided experience for getting the correct tires.

I've bought tires from tire rack several times. Each time the shipping is extremely quick and the tires are always right. They also offer shipping them already studded so it saves a lot of time and money compared to a shop. I live in Alaska now and still received 4 new tires just 4 days after ordering. Incredible.

Very easy to navigate through the order process.

My order was split into 2 packages which isn't a problem. Both packages shipped out from Sparks to Oakland on Monday. Once at Oakland one of the packages shipped to Honolulu (the final destination) on Wednesday. The other package went to Anchorage. Instead of going to Honolulu, the package went to Memphis. From Memphis the package arrived at Honolulu on Friday. I'm not sure why the package took such a circuitous route but I think I should receive credit back from FedEx for the delay.

The other issue is that Tire Rack quoted $128 installation cost on my tires. When I received the bill from the installer, they quoted me $193. When I asked why they said the $128 was true for 13 inch rims. Mine are 18 inches so it costs more. I would think that the installer would communicate their tiered rate structure to Tire Rack so that the consumer has a real cost of installation.

This is now a 5 star review because I received my tires on time. They are the tires I ordered and they are perfect. This is the first time I've used VREDESTEIN HYPERTRAC tires. This is actually first I've ever heard of this brand. I'm impressed. I put the tires on an '07 BMW 530xi and the ride has been the smoothest and most quiet ride I've had in this vehicle in the past few years.
