The brands and variations of inventory offered was great and price was considerably better than could buy same product at local tire dealer. Delivery of ordered product was faster than estimated and expected. Received tires and wheels next day when it was said to be 2 days.

They delivered two of my tires to Discount tire in Evansville, IN. I took it upon myself to drive to Evansville, an hour drive one way, to pick up the tires myself. I'm confused as to how this could have happened, and I'm unhappy that I had to pick the tires up myself.

My tires arrived at my home in the time quoted; however when I went to a recommended installer, NTB, they failed to honor the tire rack quote. They were over the tire rack quote by $50 or more, so I'd say significant. Contacted customer service and was assured that this would be handled, no later than last Friday. Well it's Monday and I haven't heard anything. Doesn't seem to be getting fixed. I wanted to say how impressed it was with how tire rack fixed a problem, but instead they decided to take the day off.
