I'm a repeat customer. Years ago, sets of tires bought for both car and MC. Shipped to home, taken to installers. Prices are satisfactory. You have top products and have provided good service, every time.

I love it when they have closeout pricing on tires I need. Usually half price or close to it. This is my 3rd tire order and have been very happy with the service and delivery. Especially if there is a manufacturer rebate. They mail you (real mail not email) all the rebate forms and receipts necessary to get your rebate. I have never had another company take the time to do that. Great customer service.

I haven't been buying tires as often as I used to in my youth.

As I've grown older - and becoming an EV driver since 2009, I've driven all my cars more gently and smoothly for better efficiency. Coming back to Tire Rack after few years (first replacement tires in my 2019 Chevy Bolt, approx. 49,000 solo driver miles), I know why I've been a Tire Rack customer for so long: Selection, Service, Price and Easy to navigate website.

There was a minor glitch where one of the local installer that was previously available didn't pop up as an option, I found a workaround by selecting preferred installers in a dedicated installer section. All good now.

This is the first time I've ever ordered tires online. The website was suggested by my son who has purchased tires before through this website. Very easy to order. Good selection. Tires were delivered on time to the installer.

Tire rack is full of good information and so far has done exactly what they said they would do as far as delivering tires to me. I ordered the mobile installation against my better judgement this time-- but lets see how it goes. Ill be back with a full report.

Deliveries have been on time and without major expense. Tire prices have been reasonable with quality tires having the appropriate mileage warranties that I require as the operations manager for our company. I require at least 70k mile rated tires and tire rack always has options available with quality name brands which we appreciate.

This is the place I go to get all my tires. Hands-down better than local stores, with best research and test results, best owner reviews by vehicle, bets prices and fast delivery. I even bought and shipped studded snows to my son Fairbanks, for the fastest and cheapest snows in that town>

The Tire Rack website makes purchasing easy. All of the info you could possibly need is available on their site. You can view Tire Rack's reviews, customer reviews, educational information about tires (generally and specifically for your selection). There's no need to go outside their site to find additional information. The Road Hazard protection is great. I've seen other installers offer this, but it's not always applicable to the tires you want and it's not as comprehensive (length of protection, reimbursement, easy claims process).

Hit a pothole today that caused a major bubble on my sidewall. Went online at TR and was able to quickly order the right replacement in just a few minutes. The price was competitive and the free shipping and road hazard warranty were a definite plus.

This is my second time ordering from Tire Rack. I have gotten great tires each time. The compare feature is great and gives me the knowledge I need to order a tire. I will never go back to buying tires at a store.

Before Tire Rack, purchasing tires meant going to multiple individual dealers (in person or online) to identify the best tire at a competitive price. It would literally take several days to come to a decision. Thanks to Tire Rack's decision tool and testing reviews, all the information is in one place. The prices are reasonable and include free delivery and road hazard protection for 2 years.

I love the fact that Tire Rack not only shows the tire rating but also provides explanations of the ratings and information provided. They also give the option to compare products and the prices are reasonable.

The prices are competitive, staff is helpful, they have a service line that actually works, shipping is convenient, and useful reviews. There's not many companies I have nothing bad to say about... This is one of them!

I needed tires for a 'new to me' car. I went with the size of the full sized spare and the cars recommended size. When they arrived and I went to have them installed, we discovered a previous owner had put larger rims and tires on the car. I called TireRack on Monday and spoke with Jade. She was very helpful. I returned the tires and ordered the needed size. UPS picked up the wrong sized tires on Tuesday and delivered the replacement tires on Wednesday.
I can't wait to have them mounted!

Different shops have different tires and can compete by offering a factory knock off of the same tire as the next place. Here, you can do your own research to get exactly waht fits your needs and your budget.

Have ordered tires 3 times now and will continue in the future. Very intuitive website that makes finding the right tires very easy. Im in another state and have always received my tires in less than 24 hours.

This is my second time order tires from Tire Rack. Such an easy experience. You can't beat the prices and they simplify the tire buying experience. Plus they take out the whole thought process if questioning if youre getting a good deal from a shop.
