Great prices, free shipping. I used to be a regular Tirerack.com customer but after they started charging expensive shipping prices I found Tirebuyer and have been a happy customer of theirs since. My tires were delivered way faster than originally expected.
Got my tire in 1 day thanks, but I didnt get free shipping which I have alway gotten
I am extremely dissatisfied with TireBuyer's installation. I specifically chose Tirebuyer because there was an installation date available this week, prior to a road trip I am taking this weekend. I received a message saying my installer can't take me until next week, which is unacceptable. I called service and they suggested I either cancel the order or pick up my tires and drive them myself to another installer! So now I have to take a day off of work, pay for gas to drive across town, lug tires in my car which will take two trips and be inconvenienced with having to find another installer all before this weekend. This is HORRIBLE customer service! I asked for them to find a way to have my tires delivered to another installer and they can't. Sending them back and waiting until next week is NOT an option. I am super unhappy with Tirebuyer and this situation.
New all terrain tires Iron Man All Country M/T. Less than 150 miles and the side wall blew out on both rear tires a week apart and can't get any help to replace them or make it right seems to be a waste of money. And I have over $3,000 worth of tires on 3 vehicles all the same brand hate to change brands but will have to after being a loyal customer for years
Very simple process, find your size! Purchase your tires! Could not be more simple!
Took four days from purchase to delivery. The local shop did indeed follow the tire buyer contracted pricing which was under $89 total for 4 tires mounted and balanced out the door. The tires themselves were an amazing deal! Saved between $29-$79 a piece from what other sites and local installers were charging for the same winter tires. I rarely leave reviews (especially good ones) but I had to share since there are some very negative reviews online. Will definitely use them again!
Purchased tires. Scheduled installation for 3 weeks out. Received confirmation email of purchase... then nothing more. Followed up with a "Chat" and Samad from TireBuyer quickly responded that there was a "computer glitch" and that they would refund my card. Zero offer to correct the order or reprocess.
I think that they were just using my money as long as they could.
My suggestion is that you go with another provider.
I had an effortless and happy experience with Tirebuyer. The site is easy to navigate, and they are helpful when you have questions. They also offered me a veteran discount which I very much appreciated.
I dropped of the tire after a wrong purchase on ebay. It was easier to take it there than go through fedex. I've waited 7 days so far and no refund. It took over a week to even get an rma to begin with. Terrible customer service. $178.00 tire...
Ordered set of 4 tires online sent to installer. Never informed tires arrived. Had to call an check. Dropped of truck first time and about an hour after returning home got call the wrong size was delivered. ON all 4. Not one number correct. Several calls to get replacements. Followed up and was told tires were delivered. Took truck back in for second time but installer only received 3 of 4. Many more calls. Finally 4 tire arrived. Almost 3 weeks. For me it just wasnt worth it. Its a hard pass and I would use Tirebuyer in the future.
If the tires are not as expected, you cannot mount them and still get a refund -- you are stuck with tires that don't work for you vehicle. If you find out they have a terrible ride, you're just screwed. If you buy local, they will usually work with you to replace the tires. The install prices and scheduling are not guaranteed. Add to that time wasted on phone waiting for customer service, and the rude rep who accuses you of lying and won't get a supervisor = AVOID
So I originally thought what a great idea and bought 4 tires (with $50 rebate), had them shipped to installer. Initially impressed. Then tires started losing air, one drastically to the point of twice weekly inflation. Received rebate card, it was good for 6 months and not accepted anywhere, then expired. Tirebuyer is not sending new card, not accepting responsibility for the deflating tires. Nothing. I'm disgusted with their lack of customer service. Their abilty to screw a client.
They are a scam, made Order on the 13th for $300+...2 days later cancelled because they were "out of stock". Made another order on 17th different set of tires $300+. 4 days go by with ZERO updates so I decide to message chat support who then tells me this order was cancelled due to "out of stock". This is not a coincidence. They are taking $ knowing they cannot fulfill. Any positive reviews are very clearly paid for/fake. Do not waste your time, energy or money on this place.
Had tires in stock when other were backordered with comparable pricing to the major online tire retailer. Unlike the major online tire retailer, no road hazard warranty is included. The website is missing specific details of some tires making it difficult to know what exact tire is being ordered. The vehicle specific details are not shown such as K (Ferrari), M(Mercedes), N(Porsche) etc. Customer service was able to provide the necessary information to obtain the correct products.

I wasn't going to leave a review I was honestly looking for a review on Tire Buyer's "value buy" program and not the site itself. I have bought tires 3 different times over several years from Tirebuyer.com and each time it was fantastic. They delivered them to the shop I picked and that was that. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. It's tires. You buy. They deliver. What are they messing up?
So here is a positive review and I am sure there are many more like me who buy from them all the time and have never left a review. In fact this is my go-to site for tires I trust them that much, prices are great and reviews for each tire seem accurate!
Always great and very fast delivery. I've always had good results with them
I would give them a negative 5 rating if I could! Had immediate problems with the tires after install. The tires bounced and felt like they were floating at freeway speeds. The local shop setup through Tirebuyer.com said the tires were faulty. It was a nightmare working with Tirebuyer.com to get a fix. After multiple failed promises by them to fix the issue, I had to purchase tires from another company.
Even though they said in writing they would credit me the money back, I am still fighting to get my money back after 6 weeks! Run from this company! Don't give them a dime.
I bought 5 Carlisle trailer tires and 3 of them were 2.5 years old. The other two were 1.5 years old. It's recommended that trailer tires be replaced every 3-5 years. So my tires are all at least half gone!
I emailed TireBuyer regarding this, asking if their lower prices are due to selling older tires. I received no answer.
Answer: Hi John, can you please email Matt directly at mtiner@tirebuyer.com and he will figure out what is happening with your tires. Thanks for reaching out, we want to make this right.
Answer: We usually ship same day, but next day at the latest. Thanks!
Answer: The prices quoted are for the tires. We do list mounting and balancing for each of our approved installers on the site and we guarantee that price.
Answer: The tires that i bought are made in China. I did not price around, i did need tires for my roto-tiller, tire buyer was the first site that i went to, that had the size tires that i needed; so i bought them. Tire buyer was not the first website i checked out. Tire buyer was the first site that i went to that had the size tires that i needed though. They are tubeless, & yes they are not cheap hard rubber tires like for lawn-mowers. I am happy with them.
