I was home and in my yard the evening the package was supposed to be delivered. No delivery service stopped by to deliver the package on the initial delivery date.
I've used tirebuyer before and the tires were delivered promptly
It was very easy to buy the tires and received them within a week of the order. Very fast and easy.
Tires was great even though took at wrong place had to go get them
I like ordering tires through tire buyer prices are good and delivery is fast.
I live on the West Coast and placed my order at 5pm on a Friday, my tires were delivered on the following Tuesday The tire size I needed wasn't available locally, so I checked with Tire Buyer and they had the size I needed. Perfect fit! I will definitely buy from them again for my tire needs. Thank you Tirebuyer for excellent service.
2.5 rating out of 5? And it goes to show the poor service from these guys. I bought some Nitto 37s and was in contact with them about the vibrating issues I was having from the start. After about 2 months and a total of 4 tire balancing from 3 different shops and about $180 worth wasted we finally got a new set of tires. I asked if they would reimburse me for the wasted balancing that I was advised to do or was the blame was that the rims were probably out of round and they said they wouldnt be able to. So if you have issues, either get it refunded or ask them to waste their money to rebalance if they wanna try exploring other options. I wasted so much time, effort and money on this process. And they sure arnt in any hurry to respond to email either. Poor customer service and their rating shows!
They cancelled my first order with no attempt to notify me and no reason for the cancellation. I ordered again (BAD MISTAKE!), with instructions to ship to my installer. Three of the 4 tires arrived at MY HOUSE, not the installer. Name on the label was the installer's assist. Mgr. but address was my house. The next day the fourth tire arrived, again to the assistant mgr. And again to my house. The customer "service" man I talked to has a very heavy Indian accent, so much so that I had to get him to repeat everything he said at least 3 and sometimes 4 times. He didn't seem to know anything at all; was basically no help. I will say that TireBuyer had a decent price on the tires I needed, but that's the only good thing I have to say about them. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH TIREBUYER EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU FOLLOW MY ADVICE.
Got them in less than 24! Would order from Tirebuyer again in the future.
Easy on-line purchase. Great tires. Super fast shipping. All around good experience.
The tires arrived within two days of ordering them. Amazing service!
I have been ordering from Tirebuyer for 7 years now. I have never had and issue.
Ordered rims they never came contacted cust serv they said they are coming here is tracking number
No rims
Contact tbuyer
Sorry not available after two months
Just terrible
Reviews on their website don't match the websites
Fake reviews
Ripoff
Just a drop shipping scam
They said I could have 10 percent offer another order
The website says you can have 15 off for clicking here
They still have same rims for sale only twice the price now
Are they available? Are they twice the price?
I'll be glad if I get my money back
One week and I'm calling the bank to refuse the charges
Tirebuyer is scam
Don't buy from here tires and wheels are junk and have to spend alot of money to balance if they can be balanced. T Washington doesn't know anything about tires. Can't get answers.
I ordered a tire from them through Walmart. I then found one cheaper on line and canceled that order which they approved. I then tried to order the tire from another provider on Walmart at which time Walmart said there was suspicious activity on my card and canceled my order and put a hold on my card. Fine. Stupid, but fine. Three days later, I then ordered the tire directly through Tirebuyer with a different credit card, which was approved, and I have the order receipt and number, etc. The tire never arrived, so I contacted them, and they said it was canceled because my card was declined. This was a lie as there is nothing wrong with my card or my credit and the charge was approved immediately, hence the receipt. Apparently, they saw the same name and address and the previous cancellation and some lackey or bean counter decided to cancel that as well. When I asked them directly if they were refusing to sell me a tire, the rep said I should check with my bank. What ridiculous customer service. My credit is good, my second card was NOT on hold, and the rep was about as rude and condescending as they can get. Never will I buy anything from this company, and I recommend that others pay close attention to their customer service.

Since I've downgraded my assessment to 2 stars I'll start with the cons. I selected TireBuyer because they were referred by my local tire store. However, they did not have the local store of installer in their approved installers list, so I went to live chat to ask about that. It was confirmed that only one of the 3 stores owned by the installer that I wanted to use was in their system. The chat operator suggests that I have them "delivered" to the store of my choice, but the live chat froze and I was unable to continue the conversation. So I decided to order and send the "in stock tires to my house. Second issue, I ordered two 15" and two 16" tires for a custom streetrod. The two 16" tires arrived a day early and the two 15" tires arrived several days later even though the shipping label was created the day after the order. Third issue. The two 16" tires are almost 3 years old and the two 15" tires arrive looking like they were stored outside (even the UPS driver commented "they're really dirty"), but at least they were less than a year old.
Now the pros: The TireBuyer website was fairly well done and made it easy to select and buy tires.
In conclusion, I will not buy tires from a company that sells 3 year old tires. Anything less than 2 years old might be acceptable, but 3 is old stock and should have been discounted and noted at the time of the sale.
Did not have the closet store of installer in their approved installers, so I went to live chat to ask about that. It was confirmed that only one of the 3 stores owned by the installer that I wanted to use was in their system. The chat operator suggests that I have them "delivered" to the store of my choice, but the live chat froze and I was unable to continue the conversation. I decided to just send the tires to my home address and arrange the installation after they arrive. Other than that, I have no complaints about the shopping experience, and I would have rated it a 5 star in the absence of the glitch as noted.
I purchased 4 tires for my mom's Yukon and 27,000 miles later all four tires have broke cords in them. I was unaware that it had been driving very poorly until my dad informed me. Thinking it maybe a tire out of balances he takes it to a tire shop only to be informed he has 4 bad tires. Thinking they are trying to pull on over on him he goes to two other tires shop only to be told the exact same thing.I started trying to make a warrant claim on the 18 of October. Each email they would tell me one thing only to send me to another step each time telling me they would reply in 24/48 hours. The last time I called and was told I would be put to the top of the list. And 22 hours later I got a reply not with answer but only to inform me that if I hadn't heard back from them in 4 days to get back with them. For 3 weeks my mom's Yukon has been undriveable due to these bad tires and a business not willing to stand behind the products they sell. I have been using this brand tires for the last 15 plus years on very vehicle I have owned and have never had one mins trouble. I have bought almost every set from tire buyer. But with customer service like this I will never buy from them again. I am 3 week into this warrant claim with still no end in sight. I only gave them a one star because it is the less you can give. I would hope this review would help other buyers from buying from someone who does not stand behind their products.
Tires are 2 years old that I received.when I went to have tires installed on my truck. I was told they were manufactured 2 years ago.even though they appear new
So if you want to buy from a marketing company, NOT A TIRE company, that only cares about getting your money, please be warned. They don't stand behind anything.
I bought a complete set of 60,000 miles rated tires that were defective and could not be balanced anymore at 11,000 miles and they said basically "TO BAD, SO SAD".
I had to buy a new set elsewhere, to dangerous to drive anymore. They do not stand behind the tires they sell. They are an Internet marketing company, not a tire company.
Having experienced their true mission, I could never recommend to a friend such a sad example of professing to care about you and your business! Hope you are smarter than me to trust them and I even was suckered into their foo foo marketing and bought from them for years.
NEVER AGAIN will I be deceived by a marketing company pretending to be a real product/customer company that doesn't stand behind everything they sell!
Message me if you want to learn more about this no caring company and what really happens when you have a problem. Know they pass the buck to start!
So yes, maybe an OK company I guess if nothing goes wrong?
But isn't this why we choose a company to give our money to? To feel or be protected when something happens.
What if I had been killed because of these defective tires. (Think Firestone) I know this much 111%, I could have never warned you in advance!
Answer: Hi John, can you please email Matt directly at mtiner@tirebuyer.com and he will figure out what is happening with your tires. Thanks for reaching out, we want to make this right.
Answer: We usually ship same day, but next day at the latest. Thanks!
Answer: The prices quoted are for the tires. We do list mounting and balancing for each of our approved installers on the site and we guarantee that price.
Answer: The tires that i bought are made in China. I did not price around, i did need tires for my roto-tiller, tire buyer was the first site that i went to, that had the size tires that i needed; so i bought them. Tire buyer was not the first website i checked out. Tire buyer was the first site that i went to that had the size tires that i needed though. They are tubeless, & yes they are not cheap hard rubber tires like for lawn-mowers. I am happy with them.
Hi Dan! First and foremost, I want to apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced during this process.
I understand that you initially placed an order through Walmart, canceled it, and then encountered issues when attempting to make a subsequent purchase through Tirebuyer. It appears there may have been some confusion regarding the payment process, and I would like to clarify our stance on this matter.
Tirebuyer utilizes a third-party payment processing company to handle transactions, and this company is responsible for verifying and approving credit card transactions. Unfortunately, in your case, it seems that this payment processing company declined the card for reasons beyond our control. We do not have direct access to or control over the decision-making process of this third-party service.
I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. We value your business and strive to provide excellent customer service. I regret that our representative's response did not meet your expectations, and we will address this matter internally to ensure better communication in the future.
I want to assure you that we appreciate your interest in purchasing from Tirebuyer, and we do not have any intention of refusing service to our customers. It was not our intention to inconvenience you in any way, and we genuinely hope that you will consider us for your future tire needs.
