If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been a Tiny Prints customer for seven years. Last year, the print quality was so poor that I had to get my cards REprinted twice and the third batch still was not great, but my loyalty and the customer service brought me back for holiday cards again this year, only to discover the print quality again was poor (despite a "designer review") and required a reprint. This year, however, the customer service has been horrendous-- all I heard was a robotic "I apologize" but every promised delivery date has been missed and now over a week later, I still don't have my holiday cards. Abysmal expectations management.
High quality, well designed cards and products with very reasonable pricing. Look out for promotions and sales.
Service has been good on several large and small orders. The product line, service and quality has improved over the past two years, from 2009 - 2011. IMHO, they rival and surpass the other large sites: Kodak Gallery, Shutterfly, and Snapfish.
It took 3 days to get my order put it, I kept getting an error message that the site was busy and try back later. Was on hold for 47 minutes at one point and no one picked up. Three days later I finally got to speak to someone. Cards arrived a week late and it's too late to use them. An order I put in AFTER my Tiny Print order arrived a full week earlier and on time for the holiday.
I received my product and the colors on the printing were way, way off. The invitation was supposed to be navy blue/light blue (it was a night time sky) and it printed black and green. I contacted customer service who told me it was just a problem with my computer screen. Well, it looks that way on both of my computers and phone so I don't think so. They would not reprint for me. Bad quality plus poor customer service.
Nice product. Horrible customer service - shall we say no customer service.
Ordered holiday cards. Delivery date changed on me in the order confirmation. Called to complain. They "upgraded" delivery and gave me a new date. Sent another confirmation and charged me $25 for the free upgrade. Called to complain. Left me on hold for 35 minutes until I hung up.
Please do not shop this site.
Beautiful products. But, customer service has gone down the toilet when used to be exceptional. Also, tinyprints.com does not post negative feedback on their customer reviews link, so according to them, everybody loves em', Not to be trusted.
I got a $30 off promo code, then I used and pressed the order after I checked $10 payment. In few minutes, I got an confirmation of total payment $42! I got upset and cancelled my order, now I got $28 refund ( shipping fee is not included.) What a scam company that I paid online. Scary. Stay away from Tiny Prints.
I'm actually going to be surprised if there is not a class action law suit against this company. Look at fb. There are so many people told the same thing. I ordered Dec 8 and was told they'd be here Dec 21. After hours of being on hold and 1returned calls after leaving messages-lies were told and as of today they had not been printed. They are due tomorrow. For the first time since kids were born we will have no Christmas cards. I've contacted the better business bureau because I don't want others to feel the frustration I've felt this holiday season. Beware of sister companies such as shutterfly. They are affiliated. They offered $25.78 compensation on an order over $380. Unacceptable slap in the face. I relied on this company. Complete fail. Never again.
They should be held monetarily accountable for not making a confirmed delivery time. The head of the customer service department - Levi Hamilton III - is from the funeral industry. Guess he doesn't know how to manage his operations with living customers who have a voice!
There are too many online stationary/printing options to use Tiny Prints. My cards were delivered later than expected, and once they arrived the envelopes weren't printed as paid for. They said it would take another week to print. Pick another option.
Ordered on December 4th for delivery today (December 15). I just received an email that it will be an additional 1-3 BUSINESS days before my order ships. That means I very well could wind up not receiving my Christmas cards till 12/21... it's just too bad I'll be out of town for the holidays by that point. Gee, if TinyPrints would have just informed me earlier that they wouldn't be able to deliver by their promised date, I would've gone elsewhere. Now, it is too late to try another printer!
One more thing, I called to try to talk to someone and was told there is a 105 minute wait. Obviously, I'm not the only one impacted by this inept service. This business does not even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give it.
I'm not sure if I am the only who has this issue but I just received my holiday cards and the front photo of the card was zoomed and cropped not to my original specifications. When contacting Tiny Prints customer service they said that the file was printed as it was uploaded and that the designer made no modifications. The print quality was also off with white specs in various places on all the cards. I've been ordering from TP the past four years and never had any issues until this season but their CS was no help. Would like to see if there are any other issues like mine.
Ordered cards for rush delivery over 10 days ago and still have yet to receive cards. Received email stating they were behind and the order would be delivered within 2-3 days, then got another email today stating it would be another 2-3 days. I will not use this company again. Worst experience ever.
TERRIBLE> do not use! You will regret it. Ordered cards, 10 days ago on a rush order. Messed up the order, then lied, telling me they had a physical disaster at the plant processing the order. When the website was still not updated 4 days later with a new date of delivery, I called again. I was told it was because they basically were overloaded, and miscalculated the xmas rush. Hahahah.
This is my second such experience, and needless to say my last. HORRIBLE customer service. Liars.
My order was fine, however they encourage customers to use their RSVP site, which has been a non-usable nightmare. I did an online chat with their customer service representative, which after 10 minutes they gave me a phone number to call because they couldn't help me. This number only allows you to leave your number for a call back. I called twice, leaving my contact info and have not yet heard back from them, it's been 1.5 weeks! RSVP's ARE time sensitive!
I ordered holiday cards from tinyprints in December 2016. They provided an electronic proof and I approved it. When the cards arrived, they were printed on plain red paper instead of the decorative paper I ordered. The card was supposed to be folded with my message printed on the inside. My message was printed upside down. The card was unusable. I emailed tinyprints right away and asked for a refund. They issued me a $5 credit. Horrible customer service. Would never use again.
I paid tiny prints 150.00 for Christmas cards and the option to have them address and mail them for me. Well, no one got them. And after contacting customer service I was told they shipped 2 weeks earlier and that's it. Well, in two weeks no one has received them and it's December 21st. So all they did is take up HOURS of my time and 150.00 for NOTHING. Stay clear of them.
I paid extra to have my return address printed on the envelopes. The address was printed in the wrong place. Very unprofessional and sloppy. And my cards arrived later than promised. I'm currently waiting for customer service to call me back. I think next year I'll use a different service.
Bogus company. Ordered xmas cards dec 7. Today is dec 18 and still no card. Bull$#*!. I'm calling better business bureau. No cards to send and hours of wasted time on hold, emailing, waiting more. Unacceptable. I can't believe I've wasted so much time and energy during an already busy season. Un$#*!ingbelievable.
Ordered my cards around thanksgiving and never received. I'm never getting a straight answer no one can help. Finally got my money back and went with minted.com.
I may still get them late but I couldn't deal with this company any more. Horrible service. I just realized they are owned by shutterfly now I know why they are so awful. So angry!
