This was my first year ordering from tinyprints. I ordered Christmas cards on Dec. 1. with an estimated delivery of Dec 12-15. Never heard anything so I called them on Dec. 14th. After being on hold for almost an hour I was told they will be shipping out that day and they upgraded my shipping to arrive Friday Dec. 16th. Here it is Dec. 17th and they still have not arrived. I ordered calendars and plates from shutterfly on Dec. 11th and they shipped on the 13th and arrived today. Needless to say i will not be using tinyprints again!
I ordered Christmas cards on Dec. 2 with a paid request for one of their so-called "designers" to check the order first. Although they looked great on my computer (and the "designer" sent them to print saying the same thing in an email), the cards arrived much too dark with unrecognizable faces. After waiting 3 days for a return email, they are refusing to refund my money and offered only a 25% discount. It's much too late at this point for a reprint. At least when Shutterfly screws up, they will refund your money willingly. Don't ever use Tiny Prints. I'll dispute through my credit card company.
Used it first time this year. And the last time! The worst possible experience. Though the website seems easy enough to use, they obviously trying to hide the fact that they cannot meet the timelines they advertise. Paid for expedited shipping 2-3 business days. That was 10 days ago and no cards arrived still. Contacted customer service 3 times and waiting time was over 2 hours every time. They called back when I was not able to get the phone and that's that, to the back of the line you go. I guess we are supposed to wait by the phone for 2-3 hours, and you are out of luck if you missed the call. Never using them again. Looks like I waisted $200; doubtful the card will arrive before Christmas and can't get my money back since no way to reach customer service.
I order Christmas cards from Tinyprints. The website and customer service lady both said that my christmas cards would be delivered by December 16th. On December 16th (the day the cards were suppose to arrive) I received an email stating that there was a production delay and that it would be another 3 business days before my cards would be shipped out to me which basically means that my cards that say Merry Christmas on them will be delivered to me on or after Christmas then I will have to mail them out to family and friends after Christmas. I was very disappointed with this email so I called TInyprints waited on hold for one hour and 40 minutes before I got to talk to Taylor who could not have been ruder she offered to take off the shipping cost. I told her of course I would expect you to take off the shipping cost it was a production delay from TINYPRINTS not a shipping delay. I asked Taylor to speak to the supervisor and she said I would have to wait on hold for at least another hour to talk to a supervisor. I explained to Taylor that I was not going to wait on hold for another hour after I had already been on hold for an hour and 40 minutes. Then Taylor decided to put me on hold while I was in the middle of speaking to her and after I had already told her I did not want to be placed on hold. DO NOT ORDER FROM TINYPRINTS I spent 85 dollars on my Christmas cards that will not be delivered till after Christmas. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen!
I won't repeat what everyone else is saying since it is exactly the same, but I will also dispute the charge with a Regulation E Claim and any consumer who does, will prevail. Your bank knows how to help you file a Reg. E claim. I also will NEVER do business with them again. Hopefully, this fiasco just puts them out of business and then we all move to Shutterfly.
We placed a Christmas Card order with Tiny Prints. It was suppose to be delivered on the 9th of December, then they said it would arrive Monday the 12th. Called UPS to track it down on the 12th and UPS said that Tiny Prints never gave them the package. Called Tiny Prints back again (97 minute hold time) and they couldn't find where it was ever shipped. They said they would reprocess the order and have it to us not later than the 15th. Called them on the 16th (held for over 2 hours and 30 minutes) and they said the order was never produced. Tiny Prints said they could put the order in again and have it to us by the 21st. That would have worked fine if they were Easter Cards. Needless to say after hours and hours of wasted time we cancelled the order. Just a terrible experience all around.
I placed holiday cards order on 12/4 and suppose to receive by 12/9. Like many customers I received email about the order being delayed for 3 days. Today is 12/16 I haven't heard from them again. I tried email, no response; no one answers the phone; they removed the link for live chat. Terrible experience!
I'm going to call and dispute the charge.
They seem surprised people want holiday cards on time. Ordered on the 5th. Due date the 9th, told on the 9th they would be 1-3 business days. Emailed on the 3rd business day. Told I'd expect a reply in 48 hours. No such thing. Chat room doesn't work and the phone wait is over 120 minutes. This company has no business accepting anyone's money when it clearly hasn't the resource to deliver. Don't make the same mistake I did and order from a more competent outfit.
Ordered our Christmas cards which also announced the birth of our daughter (so kinda important to send out on time!) on 12/1 and still don't have the cards. When I originally placed the order, delivery was estimated to be between 12/9 and 12/12. On 12/12 I received an email stating that there was a production delay but that my order would be shipped in 1 to 3 business days and that I would receive an email with tracking information. It's been over three business days and I still have not received an email with tracking information. I did receive the envelope liners which are pointless without the actual cards and envelopes! I have contacted customer service via email and Facebook messenger but no response in over two days. I haven't tried to call yet because people have reported that they have had to wait hours to speak to someone. Will never order from them again.
I've ordered my Christmas cards using Tiny Prints for several years. This year will be my last. I ordered my Christmas card just after Thanksgiving and had them mailed by Tiny Prints. The order process was somewhat painful. You can't have TP mail your cards unless you don't order a liner for the envelope. Since there is nothing on the website saying this, it took me several tries to figure it out. I then spent a half-hour trying to get the site to mail only to some people on my address list. I never did figure that out so I deleted the addresses. The order was finally submitted and was to be delivered in the following week. It was substantially delayed but finally was sent out. Then, a week later, TP sent someone else's card to everyone on my list. Hoping to save this other hapless customer from not having their card delivered at all, I emailed TP customer service about it. Several days later I received an email back from someone who did not appear to have actually read my email asking if I wanted my order redelivered. I gave up. Then TP sent a second round of my card to everyone on my list. So, I called TP to try to get them to just STOP mailing things to my address list. I have been on hold for 64 minutes so far. Wish me luck and may you learn from my mistakes.
When we were ordering, it said we would get our order by 12/9. When we completed our order, it said 12/13. Today is 12/15. Their on-line support still says the order is printing with a 12/13 deadline. Sent an email yesterday with no response. Have been on hold with customer service for 45+ mins. They are ruining our Christmas. Does anyone know what's going on? Aha, just spoke to Vicki who explained that a machine had broken down and was causing all the issues. She was nice and worked on a workaround (we are getting the cards without the return address printed envelopes, as the machine which does that is busted). Would have been nice to have this info on the website or get an email. I appreciate Vicki's help. She was nice, courteous, empathetic and (hopefully) helpful... will be satisfied when the cards actually get here vs. a promise on a phone, but for now that's all I got. All I can say is the rest of this company could take some lessons in customer service. This has been pretty dismal!
Finally received my order after the same production delay everyone else had. But not only did I receive my order, I received someone else's too. So I called... long wait time, live chat not online, email no response. Then today I realized that not only did I receive someone else's order, I was shorted on mine! What the heck. So called again... 150+ minute wait, live chat closed today, still no email response. Requested the auto call back option. They did call back after about 3 hours and when I answered the phone, THEY HUNG UP! Tried three more times to call with waits in the 100 and 200 minute.
I am posting this review just like the many others who will not be receiving their Holiday cards in time for Christmas due to a "Production Delay" I actually lost sleep last night because I was so upset. I tried emailing customer service -- no response. I tried PM on Facebook -- no response. I tried calling them -- 163 minute hold time. I submitted my number for a call back. Wonder if that will even happen. I guess I will just end up disputing the charge with Discover.
I've used Tiny Prints since at least 2007 for Christmas and Holiday cards. I've had good results from them, except for a minor delay a few years ago. However, this year, I ordered cards which were expected on Dec 14, and instead of the cards, I received an automated email indicating that "Your order should be shipping out to you in 1-3 business days, and the shipping method will be upgraded (if possible) to get it to you as fast as possible. Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the tracking information and details." I've tried to reach them via email, and have not received a response. I called their customer service line, and the wait was 150 minutes. So, at this point, I have no idea when I will receive my cards. Based on the reviews on this website, this does not seem to be an isolated instance.
So, if you have a deadline, you may want to try another card provider. And since Shutterfly is their parent company, you may want to research Shutterfly's production time and delays before ordering from them as well.
Ordered on December 4th for delivery today (December 15). I just received an email that it will be an additional 1-3 BUSINESS days before my order ships. That means I very well could wind up not receiving my Christmas cards till 12/21... it's just too bad I'll be out of town for the holidays by that point. Gee, if TinyPrints would have just informed me earlier that they wouldn't be able to deliver by their promised date, I would've gone elsewhere. Now, it is too late to try another printer!
One more thing, I called to try to talk to someone and was told there is a 105 minute wait. Obviously, I'm not the only one impacted by this inept service. This business does not even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give it.
WORST experience ever! I ordered my cards on 11/28 with a guaranteed delivery date of 12/12. On 12/8 I noticed my order still showed in "printing" status, so I emailed customer service for an update, and that I was concerned about not getting my order in time. They reassured me that I would have my order no later than the 12th. On the 10th my order showed shipped, but then I received an email on 12/12 that my order had been delayed. I immediately emailed them up, only to learn that they have never even been printed yet and they couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas. I canceled my order and that same day, they emailed me again letting me know that if I would like to reinstate my order and pay for their new adjusted price, that they would have it to me by the 15th. Stupid me said go for it, and after my card was charged, I received an email on the 14th that my order was delayed AGAIN. I obviously canceled, again, and will NEVER use this company. Stay clear of Tiny Prints. They will only disappoint.
I ordered tiny prints in early december regular delivery. Called them the same day to say can i convert to expedited delivery. THey said NO - order was already in printing and it was too late. The tiny prints order has STILL not come. Just received a note that they are 4 more days delayed and we go on a trip in 4 days so no time to send.
(They don't deserve a 1 but there is no 0 option!) Short of writing a book, I will just "ditto" what everyone else has said here.
Three times I've waited more than 80 minutes to speak to a customer service agent. The "agents" are a joke. They could care less. I, too, paid extra for
Expedited delivery as many of our cards are sent overseas. My Christmas cards are two weeks late and they are hung up in "printing" status and have not moved from there. No one can give me an answer. I truly don't believe the "customer service agents" are even connected to the company. Not once have they even said they were sorry. All they can say is when they will be delivered and then the delivery date comes and goes and no cards!
Today, 12/15 their phone system is now turned off and their live-chat has been disconnected. The Better Business Bureau is next to hear from me.
This is outrageous.
DO NOT give your money to this company. They are robbing people blind and clearly I am not an isolated case.
I ordered holiday cards, and paid extra for expedited shipping. I contacted them when the order had not arrived the day after promised delivery date, and they explained they are backed up. Expected shipping date is a week later!
I think this is completely unacceptable. Christmas cards should be delivered to the customer in time for the customer to make it to the USPS Christmas cutoff. If holiday cards is a big part of your business, you should plan staffing & equipment requirement accordingly.
The waiting time to speak with a customer service representative live was 117 minutes!
There are many other options out there. Never again will I use tinyprints.
This is the worst company that i have ever had to deal with. Ordered Christmas cards with custom envelopes in November. Received the cards, but not the envelopes. Not only did i not receive the custom envelopes, i received NO envelopes. So now i have cards i cant send! Have sent numerous emails to the company, get no response. Have tried 3 times to call the toll free #. The first time the wait was 45, mins. After 60 mins, I hung up. 2nd time the wait was 130 mins! The 3rd time the wait was 16 mins. After 30 mins, still no one has picked up. Worst service ever! Will never do business with them again!
