I am posting this review just like the many others who will not be receiving their Holiday cards in time for Christmas due to a "Production Delay" I actually lost sleep last night because I was so upset. I tried emailing customer service -- no response. I tried PM on Facebook -- no response. I tried calling them -- 163 minute hold time. I submitted my number for a call back. Wonder if that will even happen. I guess I will just end up disputing the charge with Discover.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my newborn nephew. I asked my sister in law to send me a picture of them. They looked nothing like what was described on their website. The flowers were delivered completely wilted, thrown hap hazardly into the vase and were super cheap (looked like someone threw two $3.99 bouquets from Trader Joes into a vase). The balloon I ordered was missing as well. I am so horribly embarrassed.
