I bought the earrings for my baby two months ago and expecting something gentle and safe, but I was extremely disappointed. The material feels cheap, and after just a couple of wears, the coating started peeling off. One of the earrings even broke apart while cleaning it, which is a huge safety concern for infants. The backing doesn't stay secure, and I constantly had to check if it was still in place. Definitely not suitable for a baby – avoid if you're looking for something durable and safe. I would not recommend these at all.
The backs of the earring fall off very easily. I tried the rubber stoppers as well & those also slide right off. Our daughter lost her birthday earrings within a week. Customer service was rude & very unhelpful. Highly advise staying away from this brand!
I ordered screw back earrings for my infant. She wore them for 4 months and the end of the post broke off into the backing. Very poor quality considering she never bothered with them and likely didn't even realize they were there. In addition, I ordered new backings (originally thinking that was the problem). I was charged $10 for shipping and then a month later received a $17 bill from FedEx. Avoid this company!
This company should not be in business, what a rip off. I purchased a bracelet and it broke within 8 days. I contacted them and they seemed careless. Poor customer service, and lack of sympathy. No problem was resolved. I just want people to know and to do some research before purchasing. I went with looks, my mistake. I spent to much money for a piece of junk!

I ordered the Fearless Heart Hoop Dangle children's earrings for my daughter. I tried to put them on her but it was impossible to close. This is the first time I see an earring that cannot be closed so that it doesn't fall off. I reached out to Tiny Blessings for tips but I had already tried what they recommended so I asked for a complimentary return label since I needed to return something that didn't work. They denied it. Why should I pay the return shipping when they should not be selling earrings that don't work in the first place. I also posted this one star review on their website but they moderate their reviews and only post the ones that are 5 stars. This company is a joke.

I just bought a charm bracelet & received it today 5/17/24 for my 8 month old and the swavorski crystal cross charm broke in half. Luckily I seen it when I did or it could have poked her. I hope I can get it fixed because it's a very pretty bracelet but it sucks how much it was & it broke already.

Wish I'd read the reviews before buying. The stone fell out of the earring after 5 months, and they said it was only guaranteed for 30 days. These were $60 earrings. Then they offered me 15% off. Why in the world would I buy from them again? They won't be around long with this lack of service.

Please save your money and avoid this company. My daughter wore the screw back earrings for 2 weeks before the earring post bent and we lost the screw back down the drain. I saw online that I was given the wrong screw back (they came with a bullet type back instead of a flat back). When I call and talked to the "manager," she could care less. She didn't ask for my name, type of earring, purchase date, etc. She just told me to go online and spend more money on new backs. I'm so disappointed in this company and how they conduct business.

I bought an ID bracelet for my baby girl and I send to fix many times. And they didn't fix the right way bc i send it for fix for manu times until they broke and my baby girl lost it. I've purchased "14k white gold" earings for my 10 month baby a couple months ago. They looked so pretty when open the box, but my mistake I didn't take them out to check as my baby was still wearing her first medical earings. Last night when we finally got to change them we realized they are rusty and of terrible quality. How can they give a certificate of authentication for something it's not gold? And we are past 30 days so they won't do anything about it. Plus, I've left a review on there website and of course they didn't post it. What a shame!

Bought a bracelet that broke in 2 places trying to put it on. Final sale purchase but the company is unwilling to own up to poor quality item and issue replacement or refund. Don't shop here unless you don't care how long the jewelry will last. Terrible inexperienced people seem to be in charge of customers. I purchased a pair of earrings for my baby from this website (Tiny Blessings) because of the twist on back. I was looking for good quality earrings for my 10 month old. After three days of wearing these earrings one of the earring fell out of my daughter's ear and I'm not sure where it went. When I was initially putting the earrings in my baby's ear I noticed that the twist on did not twist on very well compared to the cheap earrings I purchased from Amazon that has been in her ear for over two weeks now (without any issues). I received an email from the Tiny Blessing supervisor saying that they could not return or replace one of the earrings and that I would be able to purchase another pair for 50% off. I ended up calling the company and speaking to a representative who advised me that they cannot offer anything else but a 50% discount on my next pair of earrings and I proceeded to tell them that I don't feel comfortable with their earrings given that one of their earrings fell off within a week. Due to my persistence the representative got upset with me told me "it is Friday" can I let this go then hung up on me. So I spent $115 on earrings that my baby wore for 4 days.

I would never recommend this company. I purchased a pair of screw-back earrings for my daughter's first birthday and her first ear piercing. I thought the price was a bit high, but I wanted something quality that would last her for several years. Ideally, I wanted something she would be able to come back to and wear throughout her childhood. Unfortunately, the earrings did not even last two months. My daughter never played with them to loosen them or damage them, but somehow one of the earrings broke and came off while she was sleeping. The customer service department was extremely unhelpful and basically accused me of making the earring break. We have had better luck with cheap pairs from Amazon than this product that is advertised as "keepsake" quality.
I wish I had read the REAL reviews before I purchased the earrings for my daughter. I did not realize how misleading the reviews on their website are. I rarely post reviews, but I don't want other families to make the same mistake I did.

It was beyond the 30 days! Why would I even consider putting these earrings on her again. If it had broken and nobody noticed, she could have choked on it.
