I purchased a pair of your lovely ladybug earrings, and my daughter and I absolutely adored them. Unfortunately, despite wearing them carefully, the enamel wing on one of the ladybugs came off within a year. I contacted the store and, as an apology, was given a personalized 50% off code for a future purchase — but the code does not work. I'm really disappointed, as I truly loved the design and wanted to continue buying from you, but this experience has left me unhappy.

Trash of earings

I bought the earrings for my baby two months ago and expecting something gentle and safe, but I was extremely disappointed. The material feels cheap, and after just a couple of wears, the coating started peeling off. One of the earrings even broke apart while cleaning it, which is a huge safety concern for infants. The backing doesn't stay secure, and I constantly had to check if it was still in place. Definitely not suitable for a baby – avoid if you're looking for something durable and safe. I would not recommend these at all.

I am beyond frustrated with Tiny Blessings and will never shop with them again. Both my baby's necklace and earrings broke in under a year of having them. The stone on the earrings completely fell off, and the necklace chain was damaged as well. When I reached out to customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I should just purchase a new one. Absolutely ridiculous! The quality of their products is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. Instead of offering a proper solution or repair, they just pushed me to buy more. It's clear they don't care about standing behind their products or taking responsibility for defective items. I'm honestly relieved I didn't spend more money with this company. I'll be making sure my friends and family are aware of how poorly I was treated. You can expect to see my reviews across multiple platforms. Save your money and shop elsewhere – Tiny Blessings does not deserve your business. Zero stars if I could give them that.

Just got charm bracelet & is broken already

I just bought a charm bracelet & received it today 5/17/24 for my 8 month old and the swavorski crystal cross charm broke in half. Luckily I seen it when I did or it could have poked her. I hope I can get it fixed because it's a very pretty bracelet but it sucks how much it was & it broke already.

So far so good!

Just customized and purchased a baby bracelet which was delivered about 4-5 days after purchased, awesome! We love it- it's beautiful and hope it lasts. Baby is almost 2m and bracelet size is for 3-9m and she almost fits it. First time buying from Tiny Blessings and are pleased. Will be looking at other pieces in the future!

Wish I'd read the reviews before buying. The stone fell out of the earring after 5 months, and they said it was only guaranteed for 30 days. These were $60 earrings. Then they offered me 15% off. Why in the world would I buy from them again? They won't be around long with this lack of service.

Bad experience

I bought an ID bracelet for my baby girl and I send to fix many times. And they didn't fix the right way bc i send it for fix for manu times until they broke and my baby girl lost it. I was so sad for me bc was for her memory and also buy the extra charm for her. I called explaining the situation and they didn't care about it

Great customer service

I have updated my review. I previously wrote a review saying I was disappointed with the item I received and its quality. I am really happy to report that the company reached out to me and offered to let me send it back for a full refund. Thank you, Tiny Blessings - I will be sending it back tomorrow. I am glad to know this company stands by its products and values customer satisfaction. I do recommend that they revisit their pricing structure to make their products more competitive with other offerings in the market. They do have nice pieces, I am just not sure about their pricing.

I purchased a pair of earrings for my baby from this website (Tiny Blessings) because of the twist on back. I was looking for good quality earrings for my 10 month old. After three days of wearing these earrings one of the earring fell out of my daughter's ear and I'm not sure where it went. When I was initially putting the earrings in my baby's ear I noticed that the twist on did not twist on very well compared to the cheap earrings I purchased from Amazon that has been in her ear for over two weeks now (without any issues). I received an email from the Tiny Blessing supervisor saying that they could not return or replace one of the earrings and that I would be able to purchase another pair for 50% off. I ended up calling the company and speaking to a representative who advised me that they cannot offer anything else but a 50% discount on my next pair of earrings and I proceeded to tell them that I don't feel comfortable with their earrings given that one of their earrings fell off within a week. Due to my persistence the representative got upset with me told me "it is Friday" can I let this go then hung up on me. So I spent $115 on earrings that my baby wore for 4 days.

The backs of the earring fall off very easily. I tried the rubber stoppers as well & those also slide right off. Our daughter lost her birthday earrings within a week. Customer service was rude & very unhelpful. Highly advise staying away from this brand!

Please save your money and avoid this company. My daughter wore the screw back earrings for 2 weeks before the earring post bent and we lost the screw back down the drain. I saw online that I was given the wrong screw back (they came with a bullet type back instead of a flat back). When I call and talked to the "manager," she could care less. She didn't ask for my name, type of earring, purchase date, etc. She just told me to go online and spend more money on new backs. I'm so disappointed in this company and how they conduct business.

When you called us on 08/11/22, we had recently transitioned from the bullet style screw back to the wide disc screw back. When you placed your order on 06/29/22, you were sent the correct backs for your earrings. Following our store policy we do not replace lost or missing products and unfortunately that includes the screw back that was lost down your drain. I tried to leave this review on the Tiny Blessings website, but apparently they only post the 5 star reviews.
I would never recommend this company. I purchased a pair of screw-back earrings for my daughter's first birthday and her first ear piercing. I thought the price was a bit high, but I wanted something quality that would last her for several years. Ideally, I wanted something she would be able to come back to and wear throughout her childhood. Unfortunately, the earrings did not even last two months. My daughter never played with them to loosen them or damage them, but somehow one of the earrings broke and came off while she was sleeping. The customer service department was extremely unhelpful and basically accused me of making the earring break. We have had better luck with cheap pairs from Amazon than this product that is advertised as "keepsake" quality.

I wish I had read the REAL reviews before I purchased the earrings for my daughter. I did not realize how misleading the reviews on their website are. I rarely post reviews, but I don't want other families to make the same mistake I did.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

For a $500 purchase I expected a more sturdier
Piece, I bought the chain with the heart and extra pendant. It is not what was pictured, the chain it was shown on looked a lot thicker. What i got was a thin fragile little chain that Im afraid to even handle! And now I can't return it because of the engraving, I am embarrassed to gift this to my 8yr old niece. I feel foolish for not researching this store more thoroughly. I am completely dissatisfied and will NOT be purchasing from this site again.

Rusty gold?

I've purchased "14k white gold" earings for my 10 month baby a couple months ago. They looked so pretty when open the box, but my mistake I didn't take them out to check as my baby was still wearing her first medical earings. Last night when we finally got to change them we realized they are rusty and of terrible quality. How can they give a certificate of authentication for something it's not gold? And we are past 30 days so they won't do anything about it. Plus, I've left a review on there website and of course they didn't post it. What a shame!

Terrible customer service

Loved the brand and was a very loyal customer until they shipped to me the wrong item and did not accept to pay for the return. Any customer service in the world would have accepted to pay for it, to apologize for the mistake or reward the loyalty.

I ordered the Fearless Heart Hoop Dangle children's earrings for my daughter. I tried to put them on her but it was impossible to close. This is the first time I see an earring that cannot be closed so that it doesn't fall off. I reached out to Tiny Blessings for tips but I had already tried what they recommended so I asked for a complimentary return label since I needed to return something that didn't work. They denied it. Why should I pay the return shipping when they should not be selling earrings that don't work in the first place. I also posted this one star review on their website but they moderate their reviews and only post the ones that are 5 stars. This company is a joke.

Poor quality of product and customer service

I ordered screw back earrings for my infant. She wore them for 4 months and the end of the post broke off into the backing. Very poor quality considering she never bothered with them and likely didn't even realize they were there. In addition, I ordered new backings (originally thinking that was the problem). I was charged $10 for shipping and then a month later received a $17 bill from FedEx. Avoid this company!

Concerning your earring breaking, we will make the repair at absolutely no cost to you.
Concerning the FedEx shipping charge, you must have ordered from outside of the United States. There are customs and import fees for some countries that are continually changing and out of our control. We state clearly when ordering that all import taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Horrible customer service that refuses to accept responsibility for sending a damaged product to its customer.

I received my 9mm Huggie Hoop Earrings on 11/5/21 and emailed Tiny Blessings on 11/15/21 (w/pictures and video) that they were faulty. One of the hoops continuously became unclasped and fell out of my daughter's ear.

Below are the reasons I was given as to why I was not elligible for a prepaid return shipping label:

Reason: One of the hoops is slightly bent in.
My Answer: I have tried adjusting the post on the hoop several times and the issue persists. I am not sure if the post is too thin/weak so that whenever I clasp the hoop down it moves the post down as well and therefore it does not fully close. Also, as a customer, there is no reason for me to have to continuously play repairman on a set of earrings that I just purchased and paid money for.

Reason: The earrings go through wear and tear. My Answer: At the time of my first email, I had been in possession of the earrings for ten days and my daughter had worn them for less than five days. There is no excuse for a brand new product to wear and tear this quickly. Also, if these earrings do "wear and tear" this rapidly that speaks volumes about the quality of the product. If I am making a product that is to be sold/marketed towards children specifically, enduring and lasting items would be front of mind.

Reason: The return policy states that a customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping on an item. My Answer: I am familiar with your return policy, which I read and am in agreement with if I were returning the jewelry for a reason such as me simply not liking them aesthetically, but I do not feel like I should be held responsible for the cost of returning these earrings since I paid for and received a product that is faulty and does not work.

If customer service is of any importance to you, this is not the company for you.
