I've deleted the app, not because it sucks, but because I didn't need it anymore. Tinder is actually not such a bad "dating" website. At first I was reluctant about the shopping process. But in the end, it's possible to get lucky and meet someone awesome that you can meet in real life and who can be more than just a hook up. Or maybe I was just lucky. So thank you Tinder!
Yes, exactly like I said in the headline - one day you try to open your Tinder app and get a message that you had been banned. You then try to contact the customer service truly believing that it was a mistake as you have done absolutely nothing to deserve a ban, but the customer service only confirm that you had been banned, and "Unfortunately, we cannot provide any more detailed information at this time".
So - you are told by Tinder team that you are a bad person. SO bad person that they could not stand you on Tinder and had to kick you out. As about why they deem you a bad person? - go figure it out yourself.
I read a lot of reviews where people say the same - it can happen to anyone.
And - they do not refund you the purchase if you are a Gold subscriber. You pay your own money for being called a bad guy:(
Yes, I'd say "Stay away from this app, guys".
They have the absolutely worst customer care I have ever come across in my 40 years of life.
It seems as if 99% of the profits are either fake or nobody just doesn't use this site. All I see is beautiful women that I can't communicate with because I have to "match" with them in order to speak to anyone. Also, I have over 10+ matches and have been swiping right on all profiles just to see if I'll get a match (don't trip, I'm not desperate) and I am still on 10+ matches. HOW?
Its a 6/10 dating site for me. Not the worse out there but I prefer sites like wejustfit.com that are a tad more 'underground' and have people who know the internet better and IMHO are just more interesting
I'm not much of a lady's man but I was furious when someone disguised their self as Bushes Baked Beans just to throw me off. Of course I was fully interested until I found out they were not beans but in fact fried rice. What a cat fish.
I went on this dating site to try to better My Life by finding somebody and all I end up getting was a endless road of links when sometime trying to cancel my subscription because frankly this site isn't very good save your money and do not give these people your card information
Fun to use but I have the feeling that it is more like a hookup app. In my opinion use traditional dating sites if you are looking for a serious relationship. Eharmony works fine, also Mingle2day and Parship are great too. Regards from Belgium
Obviously I am not the type of guy that gets swiped-right in Tinder. Have used it for a few weeks and can't really get comfortable with it. The idea is awesome though and after I've read so many bad stories about dating scams I was pleasently surprised. Still prefer dating site which are a little less superficial like Mingle2day or eHarmony. But for younger folks Tinder sees to be pretty awesome.
Couldn't get SMS verification code from Tinder, even though I had no problem doing so with other apps like WhatsApp etc. Lots of people having the same problem, inexplicably, appears to be some problem with the software. Some have had success installing previous version of Tinder (don't know where to get it though, and not sure it's safe) then updating to new version once they get signed up. I couldn't be bothered though, since you can't filter out single moms and smokers, seems pretty limited.
Tinder customer service was no help whatsoever, told me to check my mobile connection or try again later. Investors be warned, this is a company that does NOT have its act together. So you can find me on POF, which has lots of filters and doesn't even link to your phone number, you can just use the site or app as you please.
They will ban you for no reason. The answer they gave me shows they have an amazing customer support. Here's a copied response when asking why I got banned:
Hello,
Thanks for following up. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any more detailed information at this time.
Please feel free to refer to our Terms of Service (www.gotinder.com/terms) or Community Guidelines (www.gotinder.com/community-guidelines).
The app is buggy, hangs and logs you out on occasion. There a few fake profiles but they are easily recognised. Other than that the app works great, just be sure to upload good quality photos. It only takes 1 bad photo for the opposite sex to swipe left.
After reading some reviews on here I'm finding on average tinder has a poor rating. Which I whole heartedly agree with! I was a gold member for a while and had my account banned suddenly and without an explanation. What a scam. I didn't even step outside their overly-strict community guidelines. I'm not sure if they have snowflakes or algorithms policing this piece of crap dating app or what, but they are doing it wrong. Kinda makes sense now why they ranked 22nd out of dating apps. LOL!
Why not call it "Hell's Soothing Flame"? The word tender means showing gentleness and concern or sympathy, yet they decided to go with Tinder.
I prefer to associate dating with tenderness, as opposed to seeing myself as an insignificant kindling sacrifice to be torched out of existence.
Tinder is a pre funeral party, the place millennials go to die. I've heard rumblings there is an underground community within the community, where impure women do unspeakable things with animals. Apparently, the code is something like "Swipes right for dogs", or "I only swiped right for your dog". Do what you want with that information.
Look, to each their own. But this app ain't for me.

Seems Forest was right above everything, even net dating sites. You arrive at this site and everything looks as it should, nice and professional. But once your in it takes ages to get any replies unless you're banging out intro messages non stop witch I aint got time to do. Ill stick with wejustfit.com thanks.
All my matches and conversations were just wiped out one day, sent an email to support like 12 times and no response, called and got some hard of hearing, hardly can speak English guy who had me repeat my zip code 20 times. And was no help. He couldn't understand anything I said then he hung up. I think there from china. This site/app is ridiculous. ‘
This dating app caters to absolute bottom feeders and the lowest common denominator. Its users are a combination of fake/scammer profiles, transgenders, weirdos, and straight people looking for "a serious relationship". If you enjoy spending your time exchanging vapid pleasantries about absolutely nothing, then have at it. I personally needed a shower to wash off the slime after having used this app for one week straight. Save yourself the aggravation! Online dating is garbage! Go out and meet people in the real world!
Trying to rescue that stock price Tinder is resorting to any number of scams or IGNORING scammers that are WOMEN! You see, men are the only ones paying for dating sites. Guys won't stay around if there are 20 real women for 100,000 men. I have 100 plus shots like this of women with the same attributes you would find in Korean social media post---white skin filter pic, most have absurd names like JOURNEY and they are all 18-20 miles from me and all 34. SIck of their games, I deleted some of my pics, names like, Fearless, Popsicle, Provo, Lactose Bernie--all women profiles. HAHA
I picked up one cute guy. We texted directly on the phone.
Getting close. But He send me Porn video. ( Why Guy thinks Girls will be happy to watch female vagina?)
I did block him immidiately, but I can not calm down, so I am reviewing now,
Thank you!
Tinder is not so good app.
I met someone in January. His name is Sony Mathew.
He stole money from me and blocked me everywhere.
Be aware of him. He even tries to seduce

So my account got banned like 10 minute after creating it I didn't have a convesation there with anyone, only swiped on one person, there was nothing inappropriate about my pictures (fully clothed etc) nor my description (I mentioned I was traveling in a foreign country to me and only looking for friends at the moment). I checked the terms and conditions many times, I did nothing wrong. Customer service doesn't want to help or even provide a supposed reason why I was banned. I've been reading online that this has been happening to a lot of people. Trash app, better to stay away from it
Answer: 1 out of 1000 profiles may be real. I had one date, which was just one night stand and didn't go further on. But it took me so much time to get just a few replies. Then I thought that I should have some self-respect and stop losing my time. I joined a trusted site with profile verification and all that stuff https://j4l.com/402007 Things turned around for me there! I had several dates in one month and I found a woman I fell in love with! It's a matter of finding a dating site that verifies profiles and doesn't let scammers in.
Answer: Yeah, you advertise 55 billion profiles and there are only 8 billion people on the planet. You make the sad people want to kill themselves bc we can never find a date. Get rid of the fake profiles. Goodness you guys have been scamming the world for years.
Answer: Yes. It's a scam. I test the sites and write reviews... it's full of Snapchat subscription girls and catfish.
Tinder has a rating of 1.6 stars from 551 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Tinder most frequently mention customer service, fake profiles and phone number. Tinder ranks 646th among Dating sites.
