This company is run by scoundrels. They know their app is bad (free options don't work, lots of fake and outdated profiles, filthy match system, unresponsive customer service, etc). There are bunch of better options with lower prices, more genuine and newer profiles and far less scammers. So they decided to use this disgusting business practice where they just put you on automatic renewal and don't let you cancel it. You get charged a full year, even if you sign up for monthly billing and basically there is nothing you can do about their bogus charges. Rascals!
