They are providing the worst services. No one care about the complaint after installation. Not recommended. If require one can see their services with one month plan. Do not go for 3 months or 6 months. You will be stuck.
Anyone please don't use this service. Very worst internet service. No customer care support. I have left the service on 8th of October-23 and today is 19th October, still I haven't received my security money and they are messaging me on whatsapp that Final notice for Legal proceedings - Legal notice for Wifi-device recovery. (These kind of language they use to their customers) I have attached screenshot of the same. Hello... Timble company come at the address where u have installed your device and take your bull$#*! divice and refund my security money. At the time of refund they said within a week it will be processed but 11days have passed. Now got message that it will be processed by 29th October. What a pathetic service. Totally waste of money. If you are searching for an Internet Sevice please don't choose Timble.

The worst experience I ever had with wifi company. They don't even know that if the person is not using wifi and not getting recharged because the customer is not at her place and repeated the same thing and subah se shuru call krna rat tk recharge kab kraoge when you already confirmed ki aapko hi pta ki aap kb wapis aaoge they use to ask same thing on every call and agr care number pr call kr k bolo to khnge ticket raise kr dia call hi aayega and from the next again wo call krna shuru seriously they are just doing mentally torcher their customers. Give some extra amount but buy some good Broadband! I had given 6 months advance that is why unable to change my connection & they are not ready to refund amount. You are left with only filing Consumer case which I will Be doing in few days. IF YOU have habit of Begging in front of Customer care selling your self respect then only buy Timbl Broadband. Worst and useless network ever.
It has been 3 days I am without internet. Suffered loss of thousands of rupees and also unable to attend college classes. Pay 50 rs extra and use AIRTEL FIBRE or JIO but dont but this CHEAP LOW QUALITY THIRD GRADE NETWORK.

Never ever go for Timbl. One of the biggest fraud company they take the security deposit and never return it even if you disconnect the service. My customer ID is *******, I still waiting to get my security refund back
This is one of the worst internet service provider. Speed keeps fluctuating (for 40 mbps plan, they provide 2-3 mbps) and no service is provided even after raising complaints. They simply close the complaints without even fixing the issue. Will never recommend this service provider to anyone.

It takes 4 to 7 days to rectify whenever it goes bad.
For billing and monitary matters they have option to talk to their representative otherwise computerised answers only.

It seems like opting Timbl is a bigger mistake than getting married
Internet connection is down since last two days but no one is receiving phone. No Supports from customer care. They have generated only complaint tickets. No Supports from Technician, Sales team.
Since last 1 month, i am facing this issue regularly. Every time they raise the ticket. I must have given negative rating if option available. Very very poor service.
Never Experienced Such Kind Of Worst Service In My Entire Life
After 50 days of disconnection and continuous call two three times a day, after writing 5 emails daily from a week, they finally agree to return my security amount but they still not taking the responsibility of their bad services, they simply say out team are not aware of our policies... I wasted my time, mental peace and money by taking Timbl connection, after taking Fiber connection from Timbl I recharged my phone to use internet for my live classes. I missed some of my classes too, But simply Timbl dont care of their costomers issues, they simply said the same scripted line
" We apologize for the inconvenience you faced" thats it... And they are not going to refund the amount which you have in your Timbl Account, because of there so called policy.

I called them more then 100 times but every no one actually solved any of complains on time. They simply blame on others, like my field area agent or other competition Internet Service Provider for their faults.

Pathetic customer service and I will never recommend to anybody... fed up with customer care resoponse... every time same dialogue... Resolution time is SIX WORKING HOURS... continuously for 72 hours...
Never experienced such kind of worst service in my entire life. My Internet is not working since last 3 days and I am almost begging with customer care guys but not getting a single update.
I tried to reach their appellate officer:"Deepak Singhal" also but even he doesn't care about their customer. Better to use mobile hotspot the Timbl.
Wish could give 0 star. Appalling service. The customer service agents don't have any basic knowledge about WiFi/broadband. They keep saying will raise ticket and no one will get back. It's a nightmare. It's a scam. I am paying for 50mbs, unlimited plan, and they are giving me 10 mbs, so it's scam. If my issue not resolved ASAP, I will be filing a legal complain to Telecom Regulatory Authorities of India.
It's causing me mental harassment as I am unable to work from home with this kind of services.

Such a worst service provider they are, I never get the committed speed, I registered a complaint about slow browsing on 18th January but till now this is not resolved, my biggest mistake is this I bought a 3-month pack in advance so I can't discontinue service now, I have to be there with the worst service, I will not recommend this internet provider to even my enemies.

Worst internet and worst customer service. Don't believe what they promise. They will never provide 100 mbps. In the name of 100 mbps they provide less than 10 mbps. Even with several customer care calls they are unable to resolve any issue. Immediately going to discontinue the service. Worst internet provider.
My Airtel sim in mobile gives more internet speed than Timbl's 40 Mbps plan. There is a lot of fluctuation in Network. Many times there is no connectivity for a 2 to 3 hours.
I don't know about the connectivity and speed in other areas but if you are a resident of Defence Colony, Ambala Cantt, Haryana, please do not even think of Timbl.
I feel like I have wasted my hard earned money but please do not waste your's.

Answer: It is not easy at all to get in their touch. They never pick up their customer care calls, if you write to their support mail, they do not respond for atleast a week. WORST SERVICES EVER
