Lazy support staff and rude, slow speed
I really want to give zero. There customer service is very rude. I am a very calm person but these guys really test your patience. They have five days to disconnect service. My parents were showing covid symptoms so I decided to move back and called them on 3rd May to discontinue and told them to pick up atleast router by Thursday which is fourth day and explained my situation. They called me on Wednesday and confirmed by Thursday noon they will discontinue and someone will pick up the router and they closed the ticket as resolved. Please note I am a single person living in studio appartment with no one known around. On Thursday, I waiter until 3 in afternoon and then started calling around. They raised a new ticket. And said no one can come but someone will definitely call. No empathy to my situation despite repititive requests. I told them atleast send someone to pick the router as I don't know anyone here and can't just leave it. I left on Friday but I recieved no calls from this company. And then I recieve call on Saturday from a female employee who asks me where have you relocated. I calmly tell her I have repeatedly told the same thing four different people. She said I don't see it in system. Is that my mistake that their support staff did not update the system correctly. She was so adamant in knowing the state in Punjab where I relocated she started saying it's COVID so understand. That really irked me and told her that my parents have covid and I have told your support staff the same repeatedly. She still continue to harass me and hung up on me saying she will discontinue and then I get a message that ticket is resolved. The connection which was confirmed to be discontinued by Thursday finally discontinued on Saturday of which I am not sure as I have moved back to Chandigarh from Gurgaon. They have the most rude people employed. And now I don't know who will come and when to pick the router from my Gurgaon place. Let me tell you I was in Sushant lok block C and they have a small office two roads down and I told them to ask someone from there to pick it up and later on update the system. But no these people don't want to work even if customer is providing solution. These people just want salary but do no work. Please don't fall for their plans. Frequent disconnection, incapable support staff. Rather go for other like Airtel and jio. Expensive they are but better support staff.
