Thanks to sitejabber I found this website rather than buying remote desktop software for $49.95. This is better, free, and constantly being improved by the community. There is literally nothing to lose by trying this software before buying any remote desktop software. It has MORE features than most expensive software too. The only drawback is lack of documentation.
Check out there new tightprojector it works just as well as tightvnc. Also support them with a donation if you decide to use this software, it helps out the cause! Anyone who needs to do IT work and control their clients PCs should use this program.
This is one of the first free remote pc software that was available and they have done an amazing job of keeping it up to date and bug free. Very slick interface and remarkably easy to use. I don't know how companies that make paid versions of remote desktop control can compete with this free version.
Best free remote desktop application is tightVNC - I use this all the time at work to remotely work on other people's PCs. I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs to remotely control a PC. There is NO need to buy any software as this is free. The only tradeoff is there is not a ton of documentation on it.
