Long Shipping times, closed on holidays most customers would not know, unreasonably long times for Chat responses, and they label common items as "specialty items" so they can have an excuse for long shipping times and to place the blame on someone else. Use someone else.
As a physician office, we purchased a device (fetal Doppler). After receiving it, I immediately realized it would not be what I needed and so, well within the 30 day return period, we tried to return it. They say somewhere on their website they mention that certain products are not returnable, this being one. It is NOT stated when purchasing, or in the description of the product. This is unacceptable.

Great Customer Service. You know there are certain things you just should not buy on any random website. Jeff at Tiger Medical went way out of his way to accommodate me. Was ordering a ECG Machine for the office. Had many questions so I called them. Jeff answered all my questions about the machine, met a competitors price, instructed me to email the Info right then and there. In 15 minutes the machine was ordered with free shipping and I was assured a great warranty. For something this important, go to the right place. Tiger Medical and ask for Jeff
Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Same issue as with everyone else. Ordered a product, paid $40 for next day shipping. Today 2/9/2017 is the next day and my product has still not shipped. Customer service rep, Gail, is screaming at me when I requested a refund and refused to process my refund until she spoke with the distributor. Horrible company!
Great site! I needed to order complicated medical equipment and their clear descriptions, detailed images, information, and helpful and polite sales staff helped me make the right choices. I will order from them again!
I have to say it's been a wonderful experience with tigermedical thus far and they have proved themselves time and again with over performance. A special thanks to Jeff and team they really know their game and make me happy each time. Keep it up tiger!
I purchased a blood cuff as that their salesman recommended to me. It was not compatible and I had to return it at my expense with conditions even though I followed their advise. They even claimed the my call was taped without my permission.
Tiger Medical is absolutely the worst company to deal with. Their customer service department, in addition to their sales manager, should all be fired and the company should start over. They all give a bad name everyone that is in the industry. I spoke to the sales manager who said that they can't control manufacturing time, which is true. He also stated that they had one of the beds in their warehouse, which can be shipped in 1 day. Three weeks later, he has no idea what happened and referred me to their customer service manager. Email after email, voice mail after voice mail, and no one would return any. Today, I called again (three months later) and asked to speak to the customer service manager. I was told by a rude, obnoxious, waste of human space person, that the service manager is not available and the person I should be speaking with is the sales manager. I refused to speak to the sales manager and asked for the customer service manger, but was told that I will not speak to her at all and I can only speak to whom they wanted me to speak to and was transferred to them anyway. These people are liars, cheats, and a waste of time. No other human should be taken for any rides by these people. If you want to lose 3-4 months of your time, money, effort, not get what you pay high money for, and be aggravated, feel free to go ahead with your order. I strongly advise against dealing with these people.
Don't buy from this company! Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. The sales manager, Tom, is a snake and totally unwilling to help. Total amateur! Stay away!
I will never deal with this company again! The WORST customer service I have ever had. I ordered a transport chair on a Saturday, needing it the following Friday when we left for vacation. Come Monday there was no word so I sent a message through their contact form. 24 hours later, no reply, so I sent another. Again 24 hours and no reply. We are now at Wednesday and no ship notice and no response to either emails so I called.
I have no idea who I spoke with, their accent was so thick and she spoke so quickly, all I got out of her was that my chair was in shipping or on the truck. I told her I needed it in 2 days or they could cancel the whole thing. She said she needed to check into it and would call me back. She never called back that day.
I did receive an email the next day telling me that my chair was backordered. I was furious and replied to THAT email to cancel the transaction and refund my money. I never heard back from them. I finally filed a paypal dispute and did get my money back, but I never did get a chair for my vacation.
I placed an order and the delivery time was pushed back another 20+ days. I searched for reviews and read all the bad experiences. I wished I hadn't placed my order with Tiger Medical. I left an email to customer service with no reply. I was so done with this company. I was taking care of my elderly mom today ((10/07/21) and my mom said call them. I did. I got a young lady by the name of Seychelle. I explained to her my order problem and told her I had placed my order on 9/11/21 and my order updated and delayed to 10/29/21. She put me on hold and worked MAGIC! My shipment was mailed out today 10/07/21 with confirmation! The entire shipping department deserves a raise because without them, I was no longer going to order through Tiger Medical. I am still nervous to order again, but if I know there is an excellent customer service team like them behind every order, I'd order from them 100 percent of the time! Your customer service representative, Seychelle, deserves an upgrade in her title and a raise for all involved. You guys almost lost another good customer. Thank you Seychelle and entire shipping department at Tiger Medical.
