I ordered some items about three weeks ago and even paid extra to have them back with 2-5 days (39.86) for an event I had coming up. I did not get them back within that time. I emailed them they kept sending me a emailing asking me if I could wait a little longer. And three weeks later still haven't got anything. I don't care if it is in China it doesn't take that long to mail anything. Ridiculous!

Hi,

I ordered many orders and paid about $ 240 and so far almost 3 weeks, out of 10 items, I received only 6 items in 3 different packages. The quality is really bad and sizes are completely off like 3XL is equivalent of medium!

I sent several emailed to Tidestore but received no response. I regret I ordered items there.

If I could give this a MINUS 5 Stars I would... sent a pair of sunglasses, nothing like the ones I ordered in the picture of the website and would not let me return or replace, and a blouse that had a giant hole under the arm in material that was so cheap I literally threw it in the garbage. There are some legitimate, quality sites to order off of with products from China, but this is not one of them.

I ordered a sweater in mid December. They promptly took my money. Despite 2 emails requesting either the sweater or my money back, they have ignored me. DO NOT order from these people, unless you just want to give away your money.

Horrible this is internet fraud at it's best. I ordered jacket in a large when received it was more like a little girls large when I inquired about return they told me I would be better off selling it to a friend as returning it would be too costly and I would have to pay tariffs
Unbelievable that they can get away with this.

Extremely bad quality, it doesn't worth even their low prices. I can't wear them even in the house. And also tge size is not for us, it is an asian size that means the clothes are smaller than you will expect to be. There are no words to describe how disappointed I am. People should nit buy from this site.

I bought a few items amounting to more than $200.00 > They called me to confirm the order and emailed me to confirm again with photocopies of my passport, proof of billing and credit card.

I refused to give these to them and asked for a refund. They told me the refund is processed but will take 15 days to reflect on my bank. 15 days passed and I email them again. No response. I went to their website and started a chat. They said they could not find the order. I sent a screen shot, they finally found the order and said that a refund has been made by their finance dept. and wait again. The next day, i tried to chat with them again but I keep getting offline messages. SCAMMERS, please buy at your own risk.

The items are really beautiful, but if you prefer just looking at them through a screen, this is the website for you. Absolutely dissapointed. I placed an orser a month ago and all means of contact since then has not been reached. Whether i call or email; nothing. It's so frustrating knowing you paid for something, aren't recieving it, and whem trying to question or try and get a refund are not being listened to. Very poor service.

I'm so glad i decided to chek for reviews about this website when i was about to place a large order. It's obvious the positive ones are written by people connected to the company, while the negative ones are undoubtedly from sincerely disappointed, angry customers. Anyways, given the amount and the nature of the plaints, i'd never risk buying from them. Better safe than sorry, so i'd rather buy from reputable websites and companies, knowing i'll get exactly what i ordered and having the means for returning and promptly be reimbursed if not fully satisfied, even if it might be more expensive. It's a shame most asian companies don't get the concept of fair and reliable internet selling based on trust that has to be earned, because they might sell to a few but in the long run their reputation will be completely destroyed and people will be more cautious and avoid buying from them.

Ordered a number of dresses from Tidestore website. Waited weeks for delivery. Eventually received items minus 2 dresses & still waiting. Quality of those, I have received are so poor I wouldn't want to be seen dead in them & will donate to charity! Can honestly say... this is my worst shopping experience EVER
If you don't want to be disappointed or waste your money keep away from this website /company their goods are absolutely rubbish

I ordered a dress I really liked that I saw on the tide store website I had seen the same dress on other websites but I enjoyed the reviews on the website. They were false. I received my dress a whole month later, when I opened the bag I did not see the beautiful dress online I saw a DIRTY, small (which I ordered large) two different colors. I am dissatisfied customer I went about it the only way I could, threw customer service which they returned with a 5$ off, why would I invest more money for the same outcome? Do not I repeat do not purchase from this website! Waste of money.

Tidestore are by far the most crooked company I have ever dealt with. I ordered over $500 of clothes on line and today they still have not arrived... 3 weeks! In the meantime I have been advised by them that various items are not in stock yet they will not give me a refund. This is illegal trading and I am going to hound these people until This type of trading needs to be stopped...

The reviews that I have seen on this website are definitely written by staff of tidestore... not legitimate

The clothes that I got two months late were dollar store quality and DAMAGED. They refused to do anything about it and I was stuck with almost $200 of stuff that I didn't even donate to the thrift store because it was too damaged. Internet fraud!

3 Months is how long it took to get all my order. I suspect that they only sent the last of the order because I filed a complaint with Paypal. Instead of sending me my stuff (which was all very poor quality), they continually sent me e-mails asking me to stop the claim with Paypal because it had all been shipped. From the date they told me it had all been shipped until I actually got the package was 43 days. The date stamp on the package was for the day after I escalated the claim with Paypal.
BEWARE - these guys are rip off artists in my opinion!
I believe that all these gold starts are from people that work for the company as the reviews are so extreme from terrible - my experience - to perfect?
If negative stars were possible, I would give them that!

I have posted and sent so many emails about that this company it's unbelievable. I ordered and paid for a coat on Jan 24,2016 and all I keep gettin are what's ur order number, we are on Chinese New Year, it's in process, we are sorry for this and that, it's on hold, we will b shipped in 2-3 days, when r u expecting this item, etc the list goes on and here we r into the middle of mar without any items this company is quick to take the money off ur card but u will have a heck of a time gettin a formal responds or ur paid item in a timely manner!... O and I forgot that when u state anything to this site about u experience they will respond back wit a automatic system responds Everytime sayin the exact samething if u don't believe me just keep readin all the 1 stars that are comin from actual payin customers and not the company's 5 stars ratings this company need to b shut down A. S.A. P!... P. s when they do send a automatic system responds back my order# *******... I will b updating more of their responds back and countless emails for future customer to view as well!

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago, only to get a bad feeling and check out the reviews. I tried cancelling my order the following day but they told me they can't cancel it b/c they already shipped it out. I then asked for a tracking number only to get a very old tracking number for something that was delivered over a month ago to a different state (before I even placed the order). So I told them that was wrong, they said "oh, we haven't shipped it yet"... So not only was I lied to about them shipping it out in the first place, they also gave me a fake tracking number. I asked again to cancel it with a full refund and am still waiting to hear back from them. This is CRAP! Order #*******

I've been waiting a month for my order almost I call customer service everyday for the same excuse it'll be shipped priority when the order is finished processing some of these reviews aren't even real they are rude store affiliates trying to get you to buy from tide store do not buy I've been wating a month now

Whoever is giving tidestore.com a 5 star are obviously the people who work for this fraudulent company. I had ordered $100 worth of cheap bathing suits for July 2014 and now it's January 28th 2015. They had replied my first email promptly saying it was coming since it may take a bit for packaging and now I haven't heard any thing from them. I am extremely disappointed and have learnt a big lesson on not to believe crap sites as these. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. DON'T EXPECT YOUR BATHING SUIT TO COME IN FOR AN IMPORTATION OCCASION OR VACATION.

It took one month to send only 2 or the items I ordered the quality is very very poor and cheap
Also not true to size I ordered large however it looks like children clothing. They are a ripoff you have been warned. I would never order anything from this site again the items you

Please DO NOT order anything from this site. The clothes look really cute in the pics but its no close to what it looks. Very cheap quality stuff that u wouldn't want to wear. Waste of money. I wasted my money PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOURS!
