Its been 8 days now and neither I have received my ordered item nor any status update on the website.

Since 22-06-2016 it shows the status as:
"The order has been confirmed, and submitted to our factory to prepare the item for you."

I tried calling but could not reach anyone and it goes on voice mail. I have sent email but no reply. Can someone please tell me when I am going to get my orders delivered or is Tidestore.com a faudulent site?

I read all the negative feedback I wish I could have read these feedback before buying. Cuz I'm going through the same bad experience. I ordered 3 items 2 weeks ago, I haven't resieve it wet.
