i ordered a coat several weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I want my money back!!
I order a coat from tidestore 11-19-16 no update change or shipping as of yet it's been 2 week and it still say my info order been sent to factory whats going on with my coat?
I have made an order 3 weeks a go .. they told me the items is not available any more so for the last 3 weeks ive been trying to get a refund . No one replays to the emails its unbelievable .. How can you have a internet sale business when no one replays to a simple email ... Really annoyed by the situation
I ordered a coat 2 weeks ago, i payed with my card and i have had no receipt sent to my email. the money has come out of my bank and and i want my money back.
Its been 22 days now and neither I have received my ordered item nor any status update on the website. Since 10-07-2016 it shows the status as: "The order has been confirmed, and submitted to our factory to prepare the item for you." I tried calling but could not reach anyone and it goes on voice mail. I have sent email but no reply. Can someone please tell me when I am going to get my orders delivered or is Tidestore.com a faudulent site?
