Complete scam. Do not buy from this store. Have you noticed that all the neg reviews have messed up margins so you can't read them! All positive reviews are fake I got ripped off and so will you.

I ordered a pair of leggings from TideStore over a month ago and they still have not arrived. I even emailed customer service a while ago asking when my purchase would arrive and i still have no response. Not impressed.

I bought 2 pieces of casual dress and one hoodie at tidestore. The quality of the items is very good, exactly as the pictures showing. I'm satisfied with the hoodie that I ordered since I love the style very much.

This website doesn't even deserve one star! I'm from the UK and I have spent over £100. The trousers I have bought look NOTHING like the pictures. They are from Hong Kong, the leggings look like they are just plain fabric with a printed design into the fabric. The only thing that looks and feels okay is the panda jacket and I only bought that for my sister for Christmas! I bought some dresses and I am really dreading to get them! I am really fuming right now! I measured myself according to the provided measurements and they are too small! Have to give those to my sister aswell! Never ever shopping on websites ever again, had to wait god knows how many weeks for it and they are bad quality and don't even fit!

I'm from the US, I ordered a hoody and I absolutely love it. There are many bad reviews about this website... But I can honestly say it is better quality than I expected. Took a little bit to get here, but what do expect when it comes from China. Haha.

I am really happy with this shopping experience on tidestore. I was worried at first but reading some reviews I decided to buy. Then everything turned out that my choice was great.The dress was gorgerous and fitted me very well. Thx, tidestore!

I am 6'0", and about 160 lbs. usually about a size medium. Fit wise, it's just about right, maybe a teensy bit clingy if you were looking for something looser. And I felt it was just a little too see through, so it's gonna need a slip. However, length-wise this dress came to about half way down my rear end. Not even close to a dress length, more like a tunic. Which is fine, that's what I expected. I'm six feet tall, things are always short on me. And the sleeves come to about my elbows. But as long as you know what you're getting, it's super gorgeous, lacy and feminine and stunning. I'm very happy with it.

I Bought a Jeans Jacket Jumpsuits. Great looks and the low waist pattern make it very trendy. The workmanship done on it is very adorable and pleasing. The jeans material used in it is of high quality and makes the jumpsuit long lasting for your use. By the way, I didn't intend to write this review in real name, but when I saw reviews and fond someone doubt the truth of the review with unreal name, so i write this review in real name. I hope this review can be helpful to other pepole.

I'm so glad i decided to chek for reviews about this website when i was about to place a large order. It's obvious the positive ones are written by people connected to the company, while the negative ones are undoubtedly from sincerely disappointed, angry customers. Anyways, given the amount and the nature of the plaints, i'd never risk buying from them. Better safe than sorry, so i'd rather buy from reputable websites and companies, knowing i'll get exactly what i ordered and having the means for returning and promptly be reimbursed if not fully satisfied, even if it might be more expensive. It's a shame most asian companies don't get the concept of fair and reliable internet selling based on trust that has to be earned, because they might sell to a few but in the long run their reputation will be completely destroyed and people will be more cautious and avoid buying from them.

I bought a casual dress on this website. I love it, It fits perfectly and arrived way before the scheduled date. I was looking for a nice fall dress and this was a perfect match at a great price. I will definitely order from tidestore again!

I was about to buy something when I decided to read the reviews... all good reviews come from the most weird names, which made me question the veracity of them...

Okay, first things first, I want to tell you that number one I did not receive my clothes, I order from their website. My mom and I ordered it on July 29th, and today is October 6th. Sadly enough, I could not trust these asian people anymore, even when I am asian too. I am disappointed to the fact that, I was excited to receive my clothes, and now I wasted my money on worthless things. Take my words, don't order this website again, trust me in 6 months you'll get your clothes.

I think this website is a complete scam! I ordered a coat several days ago they sent an email acknowledging my order and payment and then i haven't heard anything when it states shipping details will be emailed within 72hrs, i visited the live chat ad spoke to someone called daisy whom, when i asked to track my order sent a message back saying im busy email me!
I dont believe i will ever recieve this item and every good review is written by the company themselves trying to up there horrendous reviews! Please please dont waste your money i am considering reporting this website to the police, customer service is non existant neither are the products, and the reviews supposedly written by people are in broken english, please please dont waste your money or time i have even put a status on fb and asked my friends to circulate it so no-one else is ripped off!

I was hesitating when i made an order because of some bad reviews, but when i receive my dress, i was very satisfied. The dress is as beautiful as showed on the website, quality is great. My friends and colleague tell me it is suitable for me very well. Thanks tidestore!

On 2nd of September I placed an order no. ******* and paid for it and received email from tidestore which confirmed the payment the same day. On 23rd of September I received the package (long, very long delivery time). Upon opening the package I noticed that one product was missing, also when I checked on the package the declared value it was $11 instead of $37.40 the amount that I paid. As soon as I noticed that one product was missing I contacted Ms. Sandy from tidestore Customer Service Dept. asking for clarification on the matter. It's been two days and not even an email reply.

Lesson learned to never purchase again from them. Let this bad experience be a learning process to all of you and go buy somewhere else.

Should a representative of TideStore read this review, I still await clarification on the missing object from the package. Upon request I can scan the paper on the package which says the lower than real value, the order and payment confirmation emails and the emails sent to the Customer Dept.

I received my overcoat promptly, as beautiful as it is on the website. The material and quality are great. Like its high quality and stylish looking, but the temperature is going on in recent days, I have to wear it a few days later.

I bought a dress for my girl friend, This is my first gift for my girlfriend and I had no idea about what to give her at first. So I was quite nervous also. Then while searching online I came across this store and the beautiful dress. I knew instantly she would look gorgeous in this dress. So I bought and gifted her the dress. She could not believe I selected this dress! She was very happy.

Just before the weekend shopping, I fell ill. So I couldn't go outside for shopping. Anyway one of my friends recommended this website to me. Because she had good shopping experience here. I bought three dresses from this website. And I am happy to say that all of my orders were processed in a timely manner. Also the quality and color was also perfect matching with the description on website.
