Very nice texture! The color is rich, the hardware is sturdy and easy to zip, the pockets are deep and warm.

This product came in on time and it's absolutely beautiful. I kind of ordered this a little last minute, but it doesn't matter because I ordered this and it came within a matter of about a week. It's beautiful and it fits comfortably.The lace up back is so cute and it's like no other dress I've ever had.

I ordered at the end of Nov 2014 some items were going to be Christmas presents. Tracking number was useless. 1 item got here in January, poor quality bad fit, after many e-mails to cxl my the rest of my order I finally reversed the charges on my credit card. To this date the package sits in my home office waiting for a return shipping label as my post office said the address label on the envelope was not a recognizable return address. I notified the company that if they sent any further items I would refuse them. What do you guess happened in February 2015. I refused the package. You think with a name like Tidestore that it's an American based company, I'll never order from this company again. BUYER BEWARE. I'll be checking from now on to see where items are being shipped from.

The items are really beautiful, but if you prefer just looking at them through a screen, this is the website for you. Absolutely dissapointed. I placed an orser a month ago and all means of contact since then has not been reached. Whether i call or email; nothing. It's so frustrating knowing you paid for something, aren't recieving it, and whem trying to question or try and get a refund are not being listened to. Very poor service.

Beyond my expectation.The fur is really cute and warm. This is quiet cool, the jacket can be used to formal functions and parties too!

I ordered 2 really cute jackets - 1 was $13.10 and the other was $18.00... couldn't resist that price. What I got and what I ordered are 2 different things. What I received basically looks like "Lining" from a jacket, not the jacket itself. I'm out $45. Packaging was awful too... they just stuffed both linings in a plastic bag and shipped in another outer plastic bag. To be honest, I never expected to receive anything at all. Time from ordering to receiving was about 21 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT... COMPLETE FRAUD. I ordered 2 jackets and instead received 2 linings FOR a jacket. RIP-OFF!
