I had a concern regarding a purchase I made of a suite. With such a significant investment and 17 guests to invite, it was challenging to proceed without tickets in hand. I understand that the seller had until the last day to send the tickets, and he may not receive them until a week or two before. However, it was stressful, and I needed more than the buyer's guarantee that I would get the ticket because getting a refund was not my goal. I wanted this event to happen. With catering options and group commitment being part of a full suite purchase, the seller's delivery date should not be extended to the day before the event, unless there is an absolute 100% guarantee from the seller that they will deliver and be backed by TickPick with more than a refund guarantee, because finding a comparable replacement the day before is unlikely and a refund would be a huge let down to so many people. Please consider implementing this rule as a policy change. Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter. It was great to see the willingness to help, although I know your hands were tied due to your current policies. However, Valencia did her best to reassure me and help me as much as she could. It was greatly appreciated, and in the end, I managed to get the tickets 5 days before the event, which, unfortunately, multiple people canceled. Without the tickets in hand, I could not get a firm commitment from my friends. I was able to sell them online, so it was not a loss. Most of my friends did make it, and everything turned out great. Very negative view of this site and app. Firstly I could not claim my tickets. Every time I clicked a link I was told to download the app, which I had already done. Felt like a dog chasing its tail. Got nowhere. Had to have tickets printed at the box office where I found that I was charged $26 over face value for each ticket. This was supposed to be a fair discount ticket site. Bull$#*!! Will never use again.

Not the fault of TickPick but this event was HUGE. 112,000 tickets sold, the Big House was a Full House. AA was not prepared for the influx of traffic and should have had a way better traffic moving system in place.
