TickPick Reviews Summary

TickPick generally enjoys a positive reputation among customers, particularly for its competitive pricing, user-friendly app, and transparent, no-hidden-fee policy. Many users appreciate the smooth purchasing process and timely ticket delivery, contributing to overall satisfaction. However, concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly in cases of ticket transfers and cancellations, where some customers experienced frustration due to delays and insufficient support. While many expressed willingness to use the platform again, enhancing communication and support during critical transactions could further improve the customer experience and address recurring issues.

They came through for me
November 24, 2015

Searched on line for a sold out NASCAR race. After reading reviews and checking with the BBB, I found TickPick. I was able to purchase just one ticket, instead fo the 2 or 4 most of the rest of the places wanted. I paid extra for overnight shipping so I knew I would have the ticket on time. However, when the ticket owner decided to download instead, I received a refund on the shipping fee. How cool is that!?! The ticket was legit and worked like a charm. Also the seat was good too. Overall my experience with this on-line ticket seller was great. I would buy from them again. Thanks TickPIck

Disappointed
July 26, 2015

On July 25th the same day as the Taylor Swift concert, I purchased 2 tickets for the concert.

I received my initial confirmation and was told to wait for the link to download the tickets. No e-mail followed. I called at least 10 times before I could get a hold of a person rather than an automated system. The person I spoke with notified me that my tickets were not available and must have just been sold to someone else.

He then said that my card would be issued a credit and that maybe I should try Stub hub because they would actually deliver the tickets.

Purchasing tickets from a company that both:

1. Did not deliver
2. Was difficult to communicate with…

Is not a company that I want to ever deal with again.

Hello Walter,

In addition to apologizing for the late response, I do apologize that you had such a poor experience with our company. We recognize that we are not perfect, but we will continue to work to improve every single day.

I was not able to locate your specific order, but I can help address what happened. Many sellers, looking to make sure that they get their tickets sold, will list their tickets on multiple marketplaces. Your situation is very rare, but they were sold minutes before on another marketplace. Hopefully you can understand that there is high demand for an artist like Taylor Swift, so many customer's are looking at the exact same tickets.

I apologize that you had difficulty communicating with us. There is no excuse. We wish we could erase such an unpleasant memory; unfortunately, we cannot, but we hope you give us another opportunity in the future.

I don't quite recall how I heard of TickPick, I think I was searching in the app store for sports tickets. Nonetheless, I was very happy with my experience. Everything was as advertised. The only thing that was slightly odd, was the $5 eticket delivery charge. Why bother charging that at all?

Besides that, I think I saved about $50 on my $480 purchase compared to stubhub. I'll be definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time at the Book of Mormon show we attended, in NYC! The tickets were a little pricier than we anticipated, but to be fair, we did wait til the last minute to see if prices would drop (stupid choice). We highly recommend the show and I would use TickPick again in the future, should we need tickets! It was a plus to not have excessive fees tacked on at the end of the transaction, like with most ticketing sites.
